I delivered a 49 pound large box with a fragile classic reel to reel tape recorder to be shipped to New Mexico. The store associate, "Vance" assisted me. I asked if he could put nylon bands around it, up arrows, and a Fragile sticker. He did this after I left, as confirmed by the recipient. There was no extra charge for this service, and as usual, I received a preferred rate for being an FedEx account holder. The recipient was also very pleased, as the package arrived in perfect condition, and 12 hours ahead of schedule. Thank you FedEx and your Team !!
