The UPS store cannot look up UPS shipping labels. To print a label sent electronically you must pay $5 to use their computer and printer to access the UPS website to look up the UPS label that is already paid for. Theres no feasible way that UPS Store employees can just magically be given access to the UPS site to look up UPS labels, let alone print them. Cant be done
