Went there to get my laptop shipped back for repair. Lenovo gave me an email with a free shipping label and a barcode for free packaging. I showed the FedEx worker Ari all the documents and the email saying it was a free full service pack and ship but he refused to pack it and told me that it said no where I got free packaging. I basically had to convince him to try to scan the barcode and read my email. He said it didnt work and told me to come back the next morning and try again. I drove 8 mins down the rode to Batavia FedEx and the guy packed and shipped my package no problem for free after looking at the same documents I showed Ari in less than 10 mins. Terrible service in st.Charles!

Terrible delivery. Wasnt home to pick it up due to school they tried to deliver my motherboard 3 times and if that is the case they leave a note on your front door saying they tried to deliver it but failed to get a signature. They did not post a note 3 TIMES had to go to the FedEx office to pick it up and that took almost 10 minuets because of how horrid the service was. Good thing Im going to Memphis this summer and am a 5 minuet car ride away from their corporate office. They will be hearing about this.

The most disappointing service I have ever come across, despite several calls days before the shipment date to inform them of the importance of the delivery, they still failed on their customer service promise! Never to use again!!

Have used the FedEx office couple times for shipping some packages everythings been successful no complaints a little on the pricey side but I know my packages getting there on time and the way I shipped it so Ive been happy
