I dont think any of the employees at the Alphagraphics in Aurora have had any real world reproduction training. Larry Byers seems to have an attitude that he is smart, yet the simplest things go right over his head. Our company is a prime example. My company spends just under 100k in printing and we needed a couple different local printers to fulfill all our needs. We decided to try out AG with the simplest of jobs and they screwed it up. I dont think Mr Byers realizes that most customers dont complain they just dont return and end up going somewhere else. I dont think Mr Byers could print black on white with a new laser printer. I will say that not all Alphagraphics are managed this poorly. In a pinch we have traveled out to the AG in Wheaton where they have proficient and polite service. Its like night and day. Frank. PS. Larry Byers lied in his response, I talked with Frank at the Alpha in Wheaton and he said he wouldnt give customer info out and he has not talked with Larry about my review. Another reason not to trust these people. Try Wallys Printing, they seem like they know what they are doing.

AlphaGraphics combined and de-duped a mailing list for us and did a wonderful job. They then mailed our postcard, and we did not receive one back out of almost 1,000. So all the addresses were good and we were very happy not to get any cards back because of a wrong address, etc.
