Print/Copy centers do not have a reputation for good service, but this Kinkos (now called FedEx) couldnt even clear that bar. My fiancee and I walked into this place on an ordinary workday afternoon hoping to print some wedding invitations. The guy looked at me like I was crazy, then talked down to me for a few minutes about the digital file I asked him to print. When I pointed out that the file would be easy to print with a quick modification (I even offered to do it right there), he became defensive and flustered, and told us to just leave and try coming back some other time. He then told me we could leave the invitations and he would charge us for fixing the file--a task that would take anyone literally 90 second to complete. The guy continued to be rude when I asked him if anyone else in the area might have the time and resources to print some simple wedding invitations on a normal weekday afternoon, and he insisted that nobody could. "What, do you mean you want someone to do this for you without charging?" Not knowing where else to go, I drove up Randall to the next Kinkos in St. Charles and the guy there printed them for me without charging me to modify the digital files. Apparently not all Kinkos/FedEx stores are created equal. Although I had a good experience with the other St. Charles Kinkos on Randall, if you can get your project printed at a local business, avoid this place.

I had mediocre experiences at this location prior to the current manager, Andrew. He handled my last project at the last minute - very helpful. This morning, he sent me an email thanking me for my business (from last month) and asked if he could help with anything. I replied by letting him know that I already had an order scheduled for pickup at his location (I had placed that order online). Apparently, the online system never processed my order. I would have shown up at Kinkos later this week only to be sorely disappointed. Fortunately, Andrew was able to handle my order via email and get it done on time. This is the first time a Kinkos location reached out to me and it turned out to be a very timely email. The online system for Kinkos appears unreliable. But this location delivers great service. Kudos.

This is the only FedEx Kinkos i have have been to that charges a "Resizing fee" Every other Kinkos does it at no charge and no hassle. The young kid working was rude and acted like i was stupid for thinking that there would be no fee for a small size adjustment to the file. Unfortunately this is the closest Kinkos to my home, but I am happy to bring my business elsewhere due to the unreasonable service and "fees". I drove to Aurora and the gentleman there happily adjusted the image with no charge.

I needed an exact 1:1 ratio large format printout from a CAD program for a project. The lone employee was helpful and told me exactly what file format was needed over the phone ahead of time. (You must convert the drawing file to a PDF file.) My file printed perfectly the first time, exatctly to the 1:1 ratio I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes time, and was very pleased with the result.

I do alot of business at FedEx. For some reason this particular one could not email. I usually get tracking numbers emailed to me and can get documents scanned and emailed to me. The guy at this one insisted that FedEx cannot email. Last time Ill be going to this particular FedEx.

Had a manager all but directly call me a liar and refuse to print my order because apparently in his opinion Creative Commons Licensing isnt a thing. Office Depot helped me no problem and was vastly more polite.

Worst experiences ever. Ive shipped from here about 3 times and every time Ive, gone the girl working is extremely rude and on her phone texting and totally disconnected from her work. Switching to UPS.
