This is the worst store for customer service I have ever received. My package was lost, this location never asked me for a declared value before shipping so I was not aware I was suppose to give one. Pam the "owner" had no sympathy for my loss and basically told me I would be getting the default amount back for my loss-100$. So because her staff failed to ask me a declared value I am out over 95$ from this horrible location. Save money and sanity and go to a different location.

I waited in the lot for 10 minutes for this store to open at 8:30 am (before going to work) & walked up at 8:38am to a locked door and lights off! I returned to my car & waited a few minutes & finally left to find another UPS store because no one came to open this place! Seriously?? I understand a few minutes but 15+?? Do they only have ONE guy opening at that hour? Like anyone has time for THAT before work in the morning!! SO annoyed!

We are sorry that the store was not opened on time that day. We do open every morning 8:30 and at 9 on Saturdays. We had car issues with that morning and had the store open at 8:50. We are sorry to cause any inconvenience, but as you probably have experienced car issues as well, you can understand. Thanks and hope you will come again.

they either lost or stole my package and wont do anything about it and keep trying to blame the post office. The tracking number showed the package was delivered to the ups store. It was either lost or stolen from their store and they continue to blame ups. Worse than the postal service. Stay away....
