I had a large project with multiple deliverables that needed to be printed, including 150 letterheads, 2 banners and 2 posters mounted on cardboard. This project was semi-last minute and very important. I worked with Sam over the course of 4 days to get everything printed and to make sure it was perfect - and it was! I dont know what I would have done without Sams help, support and insight. She was patient, helpful and a joy to work with. I will for sure be using this Kinkos if I have any future projects like this!

Some clerks are helpfull, some are just idiots. Whats up with these clerks with hardly any experience determine what is properly packed. I was sending something in same boxed as received from Fedex, but Silvia decided the box wasnt good, another carrier sent it and was received with no problem. If you run into Beverly though, she will make you cancel your Fedex account. This woman should not be in retail, and this location wont find out until they get closed for lack of interest.

The best Fedex Office Ive been too. Everyone is so nice.. there is one gentleman there named Rob. He saved my life when it came to my presentations. I need them done in less than a day and he recommended the perfect solution to make my presentations look perfessional as possible then to top it off, i needed them shipped to my hotel the next day and he went ahead, packed them and my presentations showed up safely to my hotel before I even did. 5-stars!!!

This is a criticism of FedEx as a company. They will bleed you for every nickel. They tell you all packages must be thrown away and shipped in one of their new boxes. I received a perfectly good box from the company yesterday delivered by FedEx, returned it because the size wasnt right today, their answer was it needed a new box that they would charge me for. Save the headache go to the post office or UPS. FedEx has lost their way.

Just needed copies and some printing, the clerk Beverly was so obnoxious and rude, it ruined my whole day and perception of Fedex. I thought a company like this would be good to work with as Im an independant consultant. She proved that wrong, went few blocks north where the people were super helpfull and had better copy and print machines also. I can also ship UPS from there.
