HORRIBLE Customer Service. I go to this location quite frequently out of convenience and I leave extremely disappointed and angry on EVERY SINGLE occasion. Every employee Ive come across has lacked any sort of REAL knowledge of the business making all experiences very slow and frustrating (theres three employees that are there regularly) Including one who I am very sure is the owner. This includes everything from shipping to printing, to knowledge of their own products. On top of this they are ALL rude, not helpful, very unaccommodating, and from what I gather -LAZY. Not sure why youd have a customer service based company with such HORRIBLE customer service. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but, after repeated disappointing experiences over the course of 2 years I will be taking my business elsewhere. & just to make a point of how much they "care" ...I told the employee how disappointed I was in the service at my last visit and explained I would be taking my business needs to another shipping/printing company and her response was "Oookay, have a nice day". Save yourself the headache and try a different location or a different company.

I work for an energy company in Atlanta, Ga. I entrusted Brandon at this office to print and bind two copies of a detailed proposal for my company which included 20 tabs and was 200 pages. Brandon did an outstanding job for me. He clearly understood my instructions for producing this proposal and treated it with the urgency of printing that I needed. I was able to get it hand delivered before the deadline to its destination in Naperville. I would highly recommend Brandon and his services at this FedEx location.

This is a center with all the expected amenities such as the print, fax services etc, but the original staff did not seem very cooperative and/or knowledgeable. I required to copy a bulk of documents, and was not really sure how to operate the big copier machine. The person behind the desk, hardly appeared to be concerned, even though the store was empty. In my last visit a few days back, I noticed some new faces, so perhaps the staff is getting changed. Otherwise a very convenient location for me.

Great customer service. I was greeted when I walked in and they were very polite when going through everything with my shipment. This was my first time coming here to ship something and I will be back when I need to ship anything else!

Very bad service. DO NOT go there. Staff is rude and unlike other FedEx offices are not trained. For a small work took 4 hours. You are better off avoiding it.
