Their professionalism is refreshing, especially given the overall youth of the staff. The quality is on par with any I have experiences from other professional print shops. I remember them opening years ago and thoroughly enjoy seeing them thriving and busy. I use them for all of my printing needs. Now if they could receive UPS or FedEx shipments, there would be no where else to go.

Kim Is such a proficient individual. She always gets me started as soon as I walk in the door. I handed her a stack of paperwork and she was just as polite and got it done quickly and correctly. This shop always does my paperwork with diligence and professionalism. I will continue to be a customer here at west end print shop.

Theyre not very professional. They are not equipped to do certain jobs. So I wouldnt recommend going here if you want serious print jobs. I recommend going else where. Staples preferably because they are able to do everything. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
