Doctors may not make house calls any more, but Dominick and his technician surely did! I was on deadline to finish a presentation for a customer when I ran out ink on a cartridge. I took it to be refilled and hurried back to the office. But when I put it in the printer, it didnt work. I called them, upset, since I didnt have time to go back and go through the whole thing again. To my surprise, Dominick got on the phone and said he was coming right over with the technician to fix the problem. They did and they indeed fixed the problem! I was able to finish my presentation on time. Needless to say, I was surprisingly shocked at the level of customer service! Thanks, guys!

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! If you want to save money in a friendly and knowledgeable environment then this is the place. The service of this staff is outstanding. When my printer broke down on me, they repaired it. When it was time for me to upgrade my printer, they gave me great ideas of what printer would save me the most. I plan to be a loyal customer for many years to come!

This store is fantastic. Not only I cut my printing cost by 40%, but I also was amazed by the product knowledge of the staff.I spent $350.00 for 8 toner cartridges.The same toner cartridges at Office max would have cost me over $600.00. I also bought a couple printers from them. They installed them for me at no charge.

I heard about Cartridge World through my work and they are awesome. They deliver cartridges to my office, usually the same day, and their prices are fantastic. I also get my cartridges refilled for home use. Dom the manager is the man!

The store in Batavia, IL was my store of choice until they closed & Im very pleased with the Bloomingdales , IL operation. I guess its the same owners, so I wouldnt expect less.

As a previous employee I recommend always buying OEM cartridges. Although you can get them here they are overpriced.
