Had a thoroughly unpleasant experience with this store. A package was inadequately packed by the store and arrived broken. I assumed that the owner of the store would follow through filing the insurance that I had paid for through UPS. A few weeks later, I discovered that they had not filed any paperwork. I coached the store owner on what his next step should be (calling the UPS customer service # myself). He still drug his feet. A couple times he lied saying that the check was on its way. Overall, it took 2 months to collect on the insurance claim because he was reluctant or didnt know how to file the claim. I wont use this store while it has this management. I have started using Pack and More in Carol Stream also on Geneva Road. So far my transactions have moved smoothly.

UPS Stores charge double, nearly, for certain service charges. This location is no different. I wasnt pleased with this specific store because when I was surprised of the incredibly high insurance charge for a camera I was shipping, they didnt tell me the stores insurance rates were higher than the UPS company. When I discovered the store rates were higher, I called the store and talked with Janet - she kept trying to justify the fact that they had charged me double what UPS would have charged. She absolutely did not care that I could have saved $22 by going to UPS on my own or printing my own label online. I paid $48, UPS would have charged me $26 for the same shipment. I will not be going to this store again. Best...

This store definately offers best services in the area based upon several recent visits. Today we arrived about 6:20 pm this evening to have gifts shipped out to CA for delivery by Christmas and store went above & beyond service making sure my packages went out today. The older man, believe his name is Michael, has been always extremely helpful and informative. Other stores in the area are not so nice and efficient!! By the way, UPS stores offer same rates at all locations including terminal in Addison. We used to have a UPS account for about 4 years but closed it out as it did not make sense to drive to Addison, IL terminal when prices are the same.

Never received worse customer service than I received today from Terri. When I asked to a UPS padded envelope, she grabbed myaerials and demanded that I purchase a box from store stock. She became abrasive when I picked up my items and said "no thank you, youre not being very helpful." When I walked out, she followede screaming "dont ever come back!" No worries. I wont be back.

Wonderful, Friendly New Management. I have been using this UPS store for just under 2 years. While I didnt have much issues with the previous management I thought everyone should know that THAT MANAGEMENT HAS RECENTLY CHANGED, and let me tell you - THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS GREAT. So very personable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this UPS store!
