Loved that I have somewhere local to quickly grab heat transfer vinyl from and As much as possible I do want to shop locally to develop relationships with people instead of just clicking on "buy it now". BUT, boy the lady that helpd me 2 out of 3 visits has issues. First I got just short of scolded at when I stepped in the store at 5:30PM without having phoned my order first. It took her less than 15 minutes from taking my order to having the items in my hands. I was out of there 5:45. I dont know what she was so cranky about when in fact they close at 6PM. I didnt make a big deal out of that first bad experience since I understand everybody wants to get home after a long day at work. The next time I needed vinyl a couple weeks later, I made sure to call for availability, had my order started so I can just come to pay and pick it up. This time I came in at 5PM. Order total was just less than $40 and I gave her $100. Not having anything smaller than a $100 billI apparently ticked her off. Happy to give her my hard earned $100 only to get a "Dont you have anything smaller? Its the end of my day!" lecturing with attitude that sure seemed not appreciative of me doing business with them. Not giving up just yet since I do need a local place to go to but the next time I get this kind of experience, Ill be walking out of the door.

Horrible experience, currently seeking LEGAL action! Purchased a Roland LEF-20 printer for our small business to print directly on aluminum sign blanks. The Print Specialist that installed the printer and provided training could barely use the printer himself. After not being able to print on aluminum with any of the supplied profiles and printing speeds (numerous attempts and blanks at my expense) at the time of delivery; the Print Specialist left promising to get it resolved. After several weeks of non-returned phone calls, Sign Outlet Store finally got us in touch with Roland. Roland was unsuccessful and supplied the following response: "when orientating a solid color at such a large surface area the high speed mode is not recommended". Nowhere in the documentation for the LEF-20 does it say this, or what constitutes a large surface area. 4 months after the installation, I was provided a custom profile that slowed the print head speed by a factor of three and printed only uni-directionally. Satisfactory results, but the printer is so slow that it is no longer a cost viable option for our business. Sign Outlet Store does not stand behind the products they sell and the owner will misrepresent the truth to avoid responsibility.

Thank you Kevin and Tech Man Brian for fixing my Roland VP540. I was down and with deadlines and many customers waiting for their orders, I was desperate for help. Thank you Kevin for taking the time to walk me through numerous troubleshooting which did not fix the problem completely. Thank you to Brian a very polite and professional Technician who was here the next day and worked quickly to get me back up and running better than before the down time. My machine is printing beautifully. You guys have always been there when I needed it. I would be hard pressed to ever purchase a printer from anyone else. Roland is a workhorse in printers. I couldnt ask for any better service as I get from you guys. Anyone who is looking for a new printer should look no further than Sign Outlet. The technical support alone is worth every dime you spend on a new printer. I have called and talked several times with issues and you guys are there to help me out. Im talking about the help over the phone at no cost to me. Thats quality service I have never gotten anywhere else. Thank you for your great service and products!!!

Gave this company a second try...In the past customer service wasnt always the nicest to deal with and my order could be wrong..but I got in a pinch and need a couple rolls of vinyl in a hurry.. they have a great lady turning things around...the service could not be better...my last order was on time...free shipping...she was kind, courteous, and very helpful ..Thanks Stacey I will be talking to you soon....Katie

We have been ordering from Sign Outlet since 2000. Obviously we like the place. Mark is always great. Customer service people are helpful - we understand new employees have a learning curve. Tech support is very helpful. If you had a bad experience one day, try again, we all have off days.
