you need to fire the person who answers the phone, everytime she answers she sounds like shes got better things to do and my time or work is not worth her time. This time it was the last time, I called because I needed information and she asks questions I called to ask! "what kind of paper sir?!" in a very rude way Im sure they do great work I was recommended to them but the first thing I experienced was this rude lady I wont be doing any of my business with them unless she is removed and someone with a better attitude takes her place who wont make me feel like a bother when calling asking for a quote and information. I called the other minuteman press in arlington heights and the guy was very helpful and respectful of my time. GO TO THE MINUTEMEN IN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS!

We came in town the day before an event,but realized we didnt have our workbooks ready. They were able to print 135 workbooks and order forms the same day. Not only did they stay late to do it, but the pricing was better than others who couldnt even do it in the Same timeframe. They were smart,efficient, knew just what we needed (even more than I did) and I really, really appreciate working with the small business that was able to give top results!

MMP Hoffman Estates is the best! They are so flexible in helping me create what I want and always provide the bust guidance. They help me brainstorm for projects and let me know if I need to adjust my design before its printed (best part so that I can avoid awkward prints). Also- I am a small business owner so I always have many projects going on at once and MMP Hoffman is always there to help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!!
