The people might come across as slightly gruff, but they know what theyre doing, do it for a great price and are plenty helpful. I had a package that was being shipped overseas, it was going USPS because the other options were far too prohibitive. The man who helped me agreed that USPS was the best option due to the high cost of UPS and quickly set about cutting a box to a custom size so it would fit the awkward-shaped items I was shipping while still staying within the dimension limitations imposed by the USPS. This is in stark contrast to the FedEx I had just been to across the street where the girl "helping" me only seemed interested in doing so if I was shipping FedEx and when she found I wasnt, tried to sell me a box that was too big with the suggestion I cut the box down to size myself. I dont ship a ton of stuff, but I know who Ill be going to for all my shipping needs in the future, and its not FedEx.

Although one of the workers failed to notice that the box wasnt sealed, I asked the man next to him and he happily sealed the package for me! I also and very happy with the fact that it was right by my house and I didnt have to go all the way to the Schaumburg post Office to mail a package, as I was injured and couldnt drive a car.They are all very kind, and I will definitely be stopping by again next time I need a package sent! The service is very personalized and friendly! Thankyou! And see you again soon UPS Store!

Every time I go to this location, one of the owners (Im not sure which guy) can be so extremely rude with his snide little comments and confrontational demeanor. Ive had him make rude comments not just to me, but to other PAYING CUSTOMERS in his store. Not a good way to run a business. Ill be using Fedex or USPS from now on. To the owner in question: I hope you read this and get help. You need to take a class on customer service.

I rarely rate or comment unless Ive had a particularly good or bad experience but the folks here are great. I showed up 5 minutes after closing time once not even realizing it and they stayed open another 20 minutes for me once. They didnt give me a hard time what so ever. These guys take good care of their customers, I will continue to use them for a long time.

The first time I went there I had no clue what I was doing but the worker took over and helped me out, my visit there was a breeze. Ive been there a couple of other times and Ive had the same great experiance.
