The store itself is neat enough and has the service you would expect. However, over the course of our business, my wife and I made 3 separate trips here. Every time, we were greeted by an employee "Debbie" who consistently turned out to be less then helpful. Two of these three trips, we ended up having to go to the store in Lincolnshire because Debbie just couldnt figure out how to accomplish it. One was a simple enlargement scan on THEIR scanning machines and the second was a pre-paid shipment provided by a company. If you use this location, its possible that youll waste time and have to drive somewhere else. Its best to go to the mail center across the street (other side of Aspen) or go to the Lincolnshire which has been nothing but helpful. Way more efficient, even factoring in driving time to Lincolnshire.

Hello, I think that the people here are the absolute best!! I have been coming to this facility for several years, and have always had a great experience. Everyone here is very cheerful, friendly, and professional. I just cant say enough. The convenience factor is a huge plus as well. Since I have to ship FedEx fairly frequently, I feel very fortunate to have this facility so close by. Regards, Bill

Its hard to find excellent, personalized customer service at such a large retail chain, but these guys do it with a classy flair and a genuine smile. Definitely coming back regularly - give them a try and experience it yourself!

Unfortunately it seems that these guys are not familiar with adjusting print setting or working with PDF files. Better off taking your print job elsewhere.

depends on whos there to receive good service. no management and low supplys. only great if you pick up a package or have your items pre labled.
