This UPS store is a cut above the other UPS stores in the area because they actually do most of the outsourced printing for many of the other UPS stores. Jim, the owner, is in a networking group with me and Ive seen the high quality and huge variety of his work many times since hes been a member. As an online business professional, who does mostly webinars and lots of public speaking, I dont need a ton of printing done. However, last week when I needed new business cards, I gave Jim a sample of my existing card. I only had the artwork for one side of the card and my logo. He said his graphics team could recreate the back of the card, trim off the corners so I could have rounded corners (theyre prettier and more distinctive!), and get them to me quickly. Well, Ill admit, I dragged my feet on the order. But every time I responded to their emails, the next step was done super fast. I didnt expect to receive my cards this week, but at the meeting, Jim delivered my cards and they look fantastic! The print job is as good as any Ive ever purchased anywhere locally or online - and far superior to the time I needed cards in a hurry long before I knew Jim and had cards done at FedEx Office. What a disaster those were. I was embarrassed to use them and after the event where I needed them, I threw away every last one. Since then Ive been wary about using a local shipping store for printing. Not anymore! After this experience Ill never look for another printer again. Plus, it feels good to support a local business owner, who I personally know, rather than buying cards from some huge entity online where Im not even a name and they couldnt give a hoot about me or my order. Jims UPS store (and they own the UPS store in Naperville on 95th and Rte. 59, too) delivers high quality, fast turnaround times, and at a great (low) price. Plus the service is fantastic.

I have been a customer here since 2005... When they opened up i went out of my way to ship through this store "fellow business owner in the lisle Area". Today i went in to ship my parts out... One of these items was a pre printed label Computer part... since UPS now requires a signature of receipt on the insurance paperwork... i asked them to sign for it. The Owner Yelled out from the back of the store saying "we dont sign for Nothin" with that i asked him what am i supposed to do for insurance...he said "he will not sign for anything". With that i left and drove 5 miles to the next UPS Hub where they gladly signed for it.... Overall i would have really appreciated if the message was relayed in a more professional manner... a simple no after looking at the paperwork would have been acceptable, but yelling from the back of the store without looking at any paperwork is down right rude. I will not be going back.

I sorry I must of interupt your facebook in or instagraming. I will never ever bring my buisness to this location. . Id prefer to OVERPAY and be treated with respect elsewhere. . The gentlemen behind the counter Im sry you have to deal with her..you were nice and thank you.

Used them for shipping, printing, copying and soon - 3D printing. Never have any issues with them, theyve helped guide me on how to pack things to minimize cost. Only occasional negative - there can be a bit of a wait if someone in front of you has a complex need. Staff is typically a couple of people, so one customer can cause a log jam.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location. I would never do business here in the future. The business does a poor job with both customer service and keeping an accurate accounting record. The cost of a PO box at a UPS store is three times greater than at a US Post Office.

The UPS Store in Lisle, IL has printed our business cards, brochures, pamphlets, direct mail items as well as 6 signs to rotate on the sandwich board sidewalk sign. The owner is cool, the workers are helpful and the results are the best I could hope for. Nice job!

I love this store - LOVE these people. Kind , courteous and they go over the top to serve. Once they said to me, "It would be cheaper to go US postal service and so they did that for me and didnt make a penny." Thats why I go back.
