I cannot thank Charlie and Josh enough for their customer service and their help when I bought my car. Im new to the whole building credit and buying cars so I went in with a slight hope of getting approved to buy a car. When heading into the appointment, the only goal I had was to find a vehicle within my price range and to see if I would be apple to finance a vehicle. Charlie asked about what I needed in a vehicle, what was important, the color, the payments- he really listened to what I wanted. He picked my brain a little because I didnt have a preference in a vehicle so the little desires and features were essential. I gave him my plans on how to pay for the car and which brands I would like. He narrowed down the options to 3 (which was perfect because Im terrible with multiple options). Finally I choose a vehicle that I needed to take home. (Charlie was excited and I was excited!) Josh worked endlessly for me to drive this vehicle off the lot that day. He may have had to change a few numbers a couple times but he made sure I was driving this vehicle off the lot that day. Also, the explanation of the process and paperwork was made very clear by both Josh and Charlie. All in all, I have NEVER received such amazing customer service in my life! I may have gone in with a different game plan than what I had but Im extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience.

Buying a car should always be this easy. Most dealership salespeople push the most expensive car they can get away with. At Enterprise, there isnt any commission, so the salespeople know finding the right car for you is more important than anything. No haggle prices are posted on their website, and only the most pristine cars are sold on their lots. What they dont tell you is that any deposits you put down (to hold or transfer a vehicle) are taken off the sticker price, so you can afford to take your time and find the right car. Purchases come with a years worth of emergency road service, the balance of the manufacturers warranty, several optional dealership warranties and the best choice of financing options from tons of banks. I bought a car here, and I dont think Ill ever buy one from anywhere else.

I shopped around for over a month, visited 7 different dealerships throughout the Chicagoland area, no luck. I decided to check out enterprise, and the experience was unquestionably the most pleasant, and every staff member I worked with was refreshingly honest and sincere. They really made me feel comfortable and kept my interests in mind throughout the entire process. I did not expect to leave with a new car, but I did, and felt really good about it. I highly recommend at least a visit at enterprise sales if youre looking to buy a car. The people that I worked with were awesome: Michael in sales, and Mark helped me with financing and paperwork. Excellent customer service, really happy with the decision.

I have and will recommend buying through Enterprise Car Sales to everyone interested in purchasing a used car. The salesmen were very easy to work with and they fed us as much information as possible so we could make an educated decision. It was a pleasure working with Steve especially. Go there and ask for him. Youll be very happy! The car we bought was from another Enterprise Car Sales location, which made me a little nervous, but after seeing the cars on the local lot and the price of the car we ended up purchasing, we went for it. It was a fantastic decision. We could not be more satisfied customers.

I bought a 2011 Buick Regal in October of 2014. The car had about 44,000 miles on it. In the 2 years that i have owned the car the upper half of the engine had to be rebuild due to high oil consumption, camshaft position sensor replaced, driver seat vertical adjustment replaced, driver seat heat went out and i just got done replacing the TRANSMISSION!!!!! Never again!! the car is a nightmare. Tom Lauletta P.S.-- when i picked up the car from Grossinger Buick after the tranny replacement they informed me i had a crack in my exhaust system. Im not kidding.

Bad, really bad. I was lied by the onsite manager. They run credit without my permission or consent. They knew i was going to get financed by credit union, which they did ans sent the check for the total amount on Monday. Ans still they sent the application to Wells Fargo, company that sent me a letter, stating that denied my application sent by Enterprise, even though I was already approved by First Financial Credit Union. But, its your lost, not mine. Ive bought 4 cars with you. Ill never buy another one, never, ever. I wont recommend anybody to buy a car from Enterprise, either.

Being a person that is totally intimated by car dealerships, I was not ready for the positive outlook on my situation. Gabriel Guzzo was awesome he explained everything to us. He didnt offer us the most expensive car, he offered what he thought was affordable. And then when the banks came back he made sure we had a even better car. . Chris was also great with working to get us the lowest payment. . I will return to enterprise car sales for any of my other purchases. . Thank you so much. . They worked with my budget to find the ideal car for me. The representative I worked with was great in looking around in their inventory to find the exact car I was looking for. Although there is no pressure or haggling with the price of the cars (KBB prices), they do push on you their warranty/service packages, as I am sure this is where they make there money. If your in the market for a used car that is in great condition, I would recommend at least checking them out.

I think it makes for a good buying car experience when you feel that you can trust the seller and this was the case with Enterprise. Best Customer service I have ever had. Any car I ever get will come from this place. No hours of wastedd time they were quick and to the point. They do their part and as long as you do yours, quick and easy out the door driving. I absolutely love these guys. I got a 2015 sonata, they helped me pick a car that was most beneficial to me in every way.
