**IMPORTANT!!! READ this review before you head to see any of their cars. Itll save you time and money. This family is full of liars. Especially the brother ("Jim") that runs the dealership. They simply dont know about their cars. Apparently, They have sold 44 chevy volts but fail to understand the engine alone cannot power the car. They have high mileage cars and used the whole "once the battery dies, you always have the engine tactic" to try to sell a chevy volt. The engine is just a range extender and charges the battery to provide power to the motors. Come on Jim, you sold 44 volts and didnt know that? Here is my expierince with them apart from the first lie^^. I have a 2009 Honda accord EX-L v6 (Fully loaded white exterior, tan leather interior with navi) . The car is in pristine condition inside/out. At this point in time, not a single dealership is selling these cars for anything under 11k. I drive on over to quality auto, to find out its a run down gas station with roughly 12 cars for sale. I walk in to the "office" and give them my license so they can photo copy it before a test drive. Jim gives it to his mom and thinks its comical that she didnt know how to use the photo scanner. Its obvious shes a little uneasy about this. moving on, I go to the car and walk around it. It has damage on the rear bumper and rock chips all over the hood. Jim still proceeds to tell me its in excellent condition. The test drive goes smoothly and I walk in to the "office" to talk prices. They offer me 8500k for my car. Which I thought was a fair trade in value. The price on the chevy volt was 10k so I was going to pay roughly 2k in difference. Jim proceeds to tell me absolutely no one wants to buy Hondas. At this point, Im wondering if hes in his senses. They have a great reputation regarding quality and reliability and people pick them up from lots on a daily basis. I swap out my cars frequently and assist others with car purchases. I absolutely follow all aspects of cars and have a fair understanding on which cars will sell and which wont. At this point, Im a little questionable about this dealership. Is this really a dealership they are operating? On a side note, they researched the location of where I bought my honda from and started bickering about how their salesman dress nicely and dont wear ripped jeans and shoes of eBay. They took it far enough to say the those salesman also had small "_________(male organ)". Some very questionable stuff to say. At this point, I just wanted the car and wanted to leave. They said come back tomorrow with title and keys and we can make a deal.........Later that day, jim informs me he took the car to the chevy dealership for a safety recall. He says he will give me a call in a few days when its ready. I dont hear back from him. So I call him again, he proceeds to tell me the car is still getting fixed 5 days later. I call the chevy dealer, and he politely tells me the quality autos chevy volt was picked up days ago. So I call jim again. I ask him what kind of repairs the chevy volt was getting done. At this point, Jim is stuttering and makes up something about a rear trunk strut recall. I ask him why I just drove by his dealership and saw a blue chevy volt in the lot. He gets a little uneasy and asks me if Ive ever seen a dealership have two of the same cars. Jim has 12 cars on his lot, and handles my questions like a middle schooler lying to his mom. So I ask him to clarify why the lake bluff chevy dealership told me the volt has been picked up. He stutters again and says, let me call you back in 2 minutes. 15 minutes later, jim makes his little brother call me with a "tough posture" to say theyre not interested in the trade in. So Im wondering why he wasnt straight forward about this in person. Took in instant to figure this out. Jim puts his cars up on eBay. This chevy volt has been sitting on his lot for 3 months like the other 11 cars. He has had to put up numerous eBay auctions while significantly lowering his price on the volt. Jim was trying to keep me as a back up plan.

We recently purchased a 2006 F250 truck from this deaer. While driving it home, the check engine light and the ABS light came on. Also the windshield wipers did NOT work (motor turned, but wipers didnt move). Two days later we realized that there was no coolant in the engine, and finally the rear differential on the truck completely fell apart causing us to have to tow the truck home. The dealer is refusing to take back the truck, and is not returning phone calls or emails. Were meeting with our JAG attorneys tomorrow. Under no circumstances buy from this dealer. UPDATE: We ended up fixing the rear differential and the windshield wipers for a grand total of $3800, and now weve discovered that the head gasket in the engine is totally shot which has caused coolant to mix with the engine oil (major white smoke coming out of the tailpipe). Our great-deal-$8700-truck is turning into a $15,000 truck very quickly. Save yourself the trouble and buy the $15,000 truck to begin with. I would definitely NOT buy from this dealer again or recommend it to anyone.

In the fall of 2007 I bought a 2004 Chevy Venture for my wife from Quality Auto Sales and Service. They had the van listed on ebay so I called them and they answered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I purchased it through ebay, then traveled to Chicago to pick it up. They met me at the train, took me to the dealership, we did the paperwork, and I drove it about 200 miles home with no problems. It had about 100,000 miles on it at that time. My wife has loved it since day one. It now has over 150,000 miles on it and the only work I have done on it other than normal maintenance is fixing an electrical connection on the drivers window motor. Less problems than many new cars! I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Sales and Service, and personally buy from them again.

To you and yours, the ability to see and purchase a car unseen or driven, but still have the trust to do so in this day and age is unheard of. After calling and speaking with the wonderful people at Quality Autos, they made it easiest automobile purchase I have ever made. Its not easy to conduct business from Iraq and they understood. Their honesty and professionalism is unequaled. Gentlemen I still have 2 children needing a great used vehicle. Please keep me in mind when you get that special vehicle. Though I purchased only one vehicle from Quality Auto, I would not hesitate to purchase another. V/R Ron Balad, Iraq The tears of joy ran down my cheek, seeing the expression on my daughters face when she got her 1998 BMW Z3. Yes she is spoiled, but she is my daughter.

Simply amazed. The Chevy Volt was exactly as described, great price with the lowest shipping cost I saw anywhere wanting a 3 to 7 day wait. Jim had me next day air my check to him on Monday for the car and shipping. Tuesday he had the car on an enclosed transport trailer that delivered it to my house in Cleveland before FedEx delivered the paperwork on Wednesday. My wife really loved her new car and I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again. Jim really knows what hes doing and he definitely does deliver. Happy New Year Everybody!
