I drive by daily on my way to work and have seen nicer and nicer cars outside. I stopped in one day because I saw a yellow M5 there. When was the last time you saw a yellow M5? Never! Anyways, I found out that the business is under new ownership and spoke with a fellow named Alex. I was really afraid I was gonna get jumped by salespeople and get asked 100 questions about my credit. To my surprise, he was friendly, laid back and didnt ask me any information except my first name. He was also very knowledgable about cars altogether. He wouldnt however let me test drive the car. I wasnt serious about buying it and I told him that, it just caught my attention driving by so I understood his answer of no to me. I got home that night and researched their prices for some of their cars including the yellow M5 and I was really impressed to say the least! I appreciated his straight forward business motto and I will be back once Im seriously in the market for a used luxury car.

I saw a good deal online on a BMW. I emailed them and received a reply quickly. I made an appointment to test drive the car and drove in from WIsconsin. I was surprised how easy and fast the whole transaction took place. Their price was very fair and they did not negotiate. This was known by me from the start, so I was ok with that but I also did my research on comparable vehicles, So I aware the price was a good deal. There was no pressure to buy the car. There was no nonsense and no small talk, just the way I like it. I dealt with Alex and I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend even though we just met. He was accurate about everything he said , the good and the bad. Yes, there is always some bad when buying a used vehicle but this experience was a whole lot of good. Ill be back

I Had a horrible experience with royal auto Chicago. Bought a car there and it ended up having so many problems. When they told me nothing was wrong with it at all. Guy said he would never sell me a bad car. I later found out The car has no heater, needed a few more things replaced, ended up being such a noisy car, car was leaking oil and when I took it to the mechanic to get it fixed, they pretty much told me I needed a new engine. Something about a crack on it that was causing all the oil to come out. So I called them back to tell them about what problems the car had and they wouldnt answer my calls. I even left them a voicemail and still nothing! I wouldnt go back and I do not recommend anyone going there to buy a car. That place is a joke.

My son purchased a vehicle from them and had issues. Dealers attitude was "tow it to me and I will have it looked at" and " the driver must have been over revving it". We gave up trying to get any help from them. Now, over a moth since the purchase, we still do not have the plates for the car. Calls go to an answering machine. Find a dealer who stands behind the product he sells.

I worked with Alex from Royal Auto on a BMW . Just wanted to say that Alex had the car i wanted .. And it all worked out fantastically ! He prides himself on making the buying process painless and smooth . Happy customers are important to Alex and that is rare these days. Give him a call!
