I jsut wanted to share a great experience that I had at Elite Sales and Service. I needed an oil change and called up to schedule it, fortunately they were able to take me the same day as I was well past my time to get it changed. I was warmly greeted by the Owner Danny as well as the GM Jessica (with whom Id made the appointment) and they took my keys and quickly got to work! Nowadays $30 for a non-synthetic oil change and filter is almost unheard of! Everyone was great, friendly, and the whole thing went smoothly! Ill definitely be back for another oil change and anything else I need worked on. :) In Chicago it isnt easy to find a trusted mechanic and they are definitely earning my business on service (customer/mechanical).

This wad the worst car experience I ever had. I purchased the xar in March of last year Danny wanted me to pay $1000 dollars for repairs before I purchased the 2005 Landrover LR3. I get the truck in may my door handle popped out.. a few weeks later had to purchase an alternator... 2 or three weeks after that the rear end went out... and the transmission starts slipping... after that hes had the truck since November and didnt care enough to call.. I paid almost 8k cash.... WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER...

was a bit apprehensive about buying a vehicle from a small dealership. I am glad that I did as it has been an excellent experience. I didnt think I was able to get an auto loan as I dont have good credit. I found the vehicle online, inspected it, and test drove the car and fell in love with it. Everyone walked me through the finance process and was able to get me financing with an actual bank. I have payments that fit my budget, a great car, and some new friends. I would honestly recommend Elite to anyone.

I am satisfied with my experience at Elite Sales and Service. I got a 2011 Dodge Caravan. The car wasnt perfect, but for the price I paid, I cant complain! When I first called the dealership, I asked for a car fax and they immediately emailed it over to me. These guys are nice and fulfill their promises. I recommend knowing your product before coming in! They are great guys who do fair business!! Thank you again! :)

I had my BMW 7 series worked on by Danny and crew and honestly it runs like new now. They got me a good deal on the transmission and even worked on the cosmetics at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are driving a foreign car and you are out warranty and need repairs done by experienced mechanics.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 3 hours for the guy to show up and sell me the car. THEN get it home to find out none of the work he promised me would be done actually got done. Now they wont return an email or phone call. Whatever you do, go somewhere else!!
