I recently purchased a used 2011 cadillac escalade esv from this dealership. Below is a list of the facts of my experience. You can make your decision if this is the type of dealership where you would buy a used car. I was told the vehicle was in excellent condition and didnt need anything. I got pre-approved for financing over the phone. Once i arrived at the dealership they were washing the car, I did a visual inspection. I kept asking what the financing rate would be and did not get any response. 1 hour and half later I finally got into the finance person, he said my rate would be 8.5% financed through ford credit.... I almost laughed out loud.... I have purchased 5 other cars this year and the most i have paid was 3-4% I asked did you run it through any other lender, the answer was no, so i had to wait for them to try ally and got 5.5%, I said fine, I will refinance it tomorrow though my bank. They tried to charge my 6% sales tax for WI, i caught the error and they reprinted the paperwork I finally got out the door as the dealership closed, where i was informed that the vehicle only had 1 set of keys and was missing the remote and 3-4 headsets. I had already purchased the vehicle and had a long drive in front of me. On my way home the escalade ride was bone jarring! It kept me awake on my ride that was for sure. I brought the car into the cadillac dealership in green bay the next day, they hoisted the car up and there response was you bought this car from a dealer? It has two front shocks completely seized, brakes and rotors are completely rusted, oil leak, pinion seal leak, battery was shot, plus the keys and headphones.... almost 4k to fix. I called Al at Highland Park Ford, and he said we will see what we can do, but I dont handle this. He was very rude and condescending. I was very pleasant through all my interactions with the dealership. (I truly believe you attract better with honey than vinegar!) I continued to follow up withe my sales person Christy. She was kind and after 5 days of following up she said the owners werent going to do anything. Can i talk to them or the GM, No, they wont talk to you because they arent going to do anything. I feel so sorry for you... you have been so nice though this whole process. I asked "what was there reasoning for not doing anything" She responded that is why they sold the vehicle to you at the price they did. So they did know of all these issues and failed to disclose them to the buyer. All i wanted them to do was fix the shocks and brakes, in the end they wouldnt even take my call! The reason I am posting this is so that more people dont have the same experience I have had at Highland Park Ford and Lincoln dealership.

I called Highland Park Ford Lincolns service department after I was treated poorly by another dealership where I have given my Ford business for the past 10 years. Let me mention, I have never purchased an automobile from the prior dealership since my father-in-law is in the business, but have performed all the service since my in-laws live in Wisconsin. There was a problem with the brakes the other dealership did on my Ford edge in January of Last year. I spoke to Rick in the service department and he advised me to bring my car in immediately. He said it may not be safe, and to bring it in immediately. When I showed up, i dealt with Jonathan, Peter, and Bill. All really good guys, they made sure I had a loaner and heard me vent about the way I was treated at the other dealership. It ends up that the brakes had a problem and needed to be redone. They did the service, got it covered under the Ford warranty and did an awesome job. They also provided me with the Works Service for regular oil change/fluids/inspection. They informed me I needed an air filter and a new cabin filter. Also, since I get regular maintenance on my car, I knew I was going to need new tires sooner rather than later. They price matched the costs and gave me a very good deal and purchased 4 new Pirelli Tires for my edge. I picked up the car the next morning and everything seemed fine. They washed my car, shook my hand and I said thanks and was sent on my way. Later that day, I noticed that the braking pressure seemed off. I thought, "Maybe it is just because they are new brakes, I should let them get settled." So I drove it for about 2 days until, I realized, that there was something not right. I called Jonathan immediately, and he told me to come in and had a loaner waiting for me and sent me off to my office in about 5 minutes. It ended up, there was a defective Brake Booster, and had it replaced, under warranty, and had my car ready today, the same day! No cost. This is the way customer service SHOULD be handled. Jonathan, Peter, Bill, Rick, and all of techs in the service department should be commended! They have just gained a service customer for all of my familys Fords going forward. If you own a Ford/Lincoln come here to be treated well and fairly. Thanks again Guys!

I bought a new car there and when I had a problem with the sensor tire failure I went there to fix the problem . Ok they told me that the problem is gone and everything is ok ...so the car was dirty and they didnt care to wash it ...hey...I am the costumer who bought a brand new car !!! ...The service guy came to me and told me that the car is ready ..I sad can you wash the car for me ?..And he sad ..oh..so do you want us to wash the car ?...Is that a Question?...Soo after when they washed the car I went to pick up my car ..what I saw was unbelievable ..My glasses that my best friend gave it to me as a gift before he past away where missing . So I called them because I was already going to work and didnt had time to go back at the dealer .so.i called them , called the maneger, called the guy who I bought the car And nobody ...nobody care about that at all . How car you be soo negligent with your costumer who bought from you 42.000 $ car and no Care about my glasses that I already was wearing before I went at the dealer and I left them on the front passengers seat before I got out of the car inside the dealers quick line service . Not happy at all for this situation .They should pay me for my glasses that my friend left me before he past a way . I will never Ever Go there !!!! People be aware about the staff that you leave in the car before you go there because it can happen to you too . Bad Dealer .

We had to have the transmission replaced on our 2013 CMAX, purchased at Highland Park Ford. This was a $6,000 repair, and two months after they returned the car to us, their parts department called to ask if we still wanted the lower engine shield that had been in the parts department for those two months or should they return it to Ford. I called, and the parts Guys attitude was, I dont know why its here, I just order the parts. The service department could not answer the question of how the car was returned to us with a part missing. Their response was that the car was driveable so they did not indicate that it was a big deal to them. I brought the car in and they installed the part. A few days later, I noticed that the rubber gasket around the gear shift was not seated correctly, and also noticed that the console was not put back together correctly, The top piece was behind the left side piece. Who would jam these parts in and just leave them like this?! Another trip back to the dealer to fix it. No apologies, no apparent concern about sloppy work, leaving parts off the car. I dont think this is a service department that can be trusted.
