They sold me two different cars with out evening having the title to both of them it was there way in keeping me in a car note. Took both cars and continued to put on lot knowing they didnt have the titles. They added money to my car note saying I still owed them $2,000 after I finished paying and would not give me my title after I paid. They said I still owed $2,000 witch was a lie in proof of receipts. They had different paper work newly written that was not the same as mine. Refused to give me my money back. It they keep trying to take my car. Every automobile was garbage. Put a lot of work in money Into the cars they did not ha e the title for. For them to turn around and resale them for more. And I never received money back. I lost over $6,000 and ended up with no automobile. Working on law suit.

I gave Lewis Auto a call to inquire about their cars. The female who answered the phone was rushed and obviously doesnt have customer service experience. I am a customer service professional so I know how to treat people especially being the first point of contact. She put me on hold without asking me first. She transferred me to someone who did not announce themselves. I later asked and his name is Russ. Russ was friendly until he found out that I do not have the best credit he was very rude afterwards. He then lost interest in continuing the conversation. He hung up without even saying goodbye. I was referred here by a friend and I will be calling her about my experience and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I HAD TO CONTACT MY LAWYER TODAY AND WE CONTACTED AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The owner is extremely rude Ive had the car for not even a full month and it broke down on me now theyre being rude and nasty demanding I pay the car not when I dont have possession of the car. HORRIBLE BUSINESS I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE EVER! Russ the owner will be expecting a call from my lawyer! Disgusting sales people I work in customer service and I would never treat my guest that way. I will take this to court its been less than 30 days and theyve had my car for a week. Im taking my business elsewhere. If you buy a car from them good luck paying a cab for weeks.

Ive known & done business with Russ & Tony for over 20 years, Ive brought many friends to buy cars from them and never had any real issues with the cars purchased, in the rare times that there was a problem with the vehicle, they promply rectified it by repairing the problem or gone as far as put me in another vehicle. People have to keep in mind the cars are pre-owned and clearly states on each vehicle "as is no guarantee" however theyll do anything and everything to resolve any issues with the vehicle purchased. If having a financial problem, they will do whatever they can to help the customer.

SCUM. These people sell shitbox cars to good people. Contacting NBC5 Chicago, Better Business Burerou, and a lawyer. Sold my girlfriends SPECIAL NEEDS brother a vehicle with a SALVAGE TOTAL LOSS title, with incorrect odometer readings, accidents, and the list goes on. By law they are required to state on the bill of sale that the vehicle has a salvage title which they did not. Spoke to the owners son and he refuses to help, was very rude, and says thats not how their business is run. They charged him $4200 for a vehicle worth scrap value. No REAL dealership would ever take this in on trade.

Bought a venture there the next day couldent start it took it back cuz they said they were going to fix it never fix it now its been 1 year trying to get out of this stupid van the lady was cool but there bosses suck I will never buy a car here and I told my friend and she come front them and they knew whats wrong with the car they never want to fix it never go here ! I hate the car I bought... I had a job interview at Niles and it completely broke down in the middle of the highway I could of died in a fatal car accident since everyone there drives 60-80 mph. gladly, nothing happened to me and I was pardon by my now boss, but I will never trust their cars.. ever! Bad service, experience was horrible...

I would never ever buy another car from this place my friend and I both bought a car n they both are horrible!!! The very 1st day I got the car the car started acting up I called them to see if I can switch cars or fix my car horrible service n crappy cars!! And Im only giving a 1 star because I have to in order to write a comment

This place is a shat hole. I stopped to look at a few cars, and 1 out of 3 actually started and stayed running for around 5min. The guy I spoke with was like what do you expect from a 10yo car for 5k. Considering Im paying cash, I expect the car to at least run for more than 5 min. The dude laughed

Giving them 1 star is being nice. The cars they have there are junk. I had a truck for not even 2 weeks and it fell apart. My mother in law got a van that is now junk. And several other family members got cars from there that have not lasted for more than a year. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I dont See why people have bad reviews for this place. I bought a 2011 impala police package with 92,000 miles for 5,500$ and it has no problems! Ive had it for about 4 or 5 months now.
