This place is honestly the best business I have ever come across because if you are looking for the meaning of customer service they are it. I went in to see what was wrong with my computer and I was surprised that the guy did the work right in front of me and didnt tell me to come back in a few day or anything which is very typical of geek squad etc. He told me exactly what he was doing so I understood everything and he even told me exactly what my problem was. I had work so I had to leave but the guy even offered to wait an hour past closing for me to pick it up. I declined and came the next day and realized that he had taken my computer apart, put it back together, then put all the parts separated in bubble wrap and told me exactly what I needed to buy to fix my computer. and he charged me NOTHING. I couldnt believe it because geek squad would have charged me $80 at least, just to open the case and he went over and beyond anything I expected and refused payment because he said, "I didnt do anything." I couldnt think of any other way to repay them then a great review because frankly I was blown away by the service I received and I will be going back for anything computer related.

Best computer repair duo in Valdosta! These guys are awesome! Im pretty clutzy when it comes to life, but I recently had my laptop computer crushed and water damaged after moving our new fish tank into our house (apparently I thought it was a good idea to leave my computer in the back of the uhaul with a top heavy fish tank full of water and fish). Long story short, the tank dropped on my laptop and crushed the screen and poured water into the laptop (the majority of the fish survived, only a few casualties..) . Now, before this, I dropped my computer on the ground and it made a slight crack on the screen. I took it to Geek Squad who promptly charged about 40 to send it off just for a diagnosis and the small crack repair cost me about 600 bucks. However, this recent accident dwarfed the first with a crushed screen, water damage, corrosion, unresponsive keyboard, etc. The A+ team found reliable parts, gave me options regarding the repair, kept me updated on the process and fixed up my laptop for a fraction of Geek Squads price and got it working again in no time. If you have a computer problem, take it to these guys - your future self will thank you!

Very friendly, fast and professional service. Extremely reasonable rates. Repaired my desktop and it runs fine. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. July 2016 My tablet had a cracked digitizer and LCD. I bought an unserviceable as is tablet to use for parts to repair my tablet and took them in. After less than 2 hours, I got a call that my tablet was ready. When I got to the shop, I was pleasantly surprised. They not only repaired my tablet but had repaired the unserviceable tablet at no extra charge. Im a very happy repeat customer.

Highly recommend. In Feb 2015, took my laptop in for a normal cleaning which went great. However, in May the Microsoft office wasnt opening properly. I called A Plus and was told to bring it back. I took it in and she spent over 2 hours getting my Microsoft office back to running normal. She explained every detail, gave me informative information, honest, professional, and affordable. I was relieved and excited to have my Microsoft office back to normal since I had to complete 5 assignments to complete my Bachelors degree!

I called with an emergency and spoke with Mike. He said if I came on in he could help me with transferring a file from floppy disk to USB. Without his help I would have been up a creek without a paddle. Mike was able to transfer the file for me in a few minutes and did it free of charge, he said he was happy to help. Being in from out of town (Detroit) I was surprised by his hospitality and kindness. I give these folks five stars for excellent customer service, professionalism, and helpfulness. JB

Very nice and polite people. Go above and beyond on customer service and repairing your computer. I went in to have a video card replaced on my computer that I bought at Best Buy. I was more than happy to pay to have it replaced, but before he did that he hooked my computer up to a couple of monitors at his place and it was working. So he didnt even charge me. I know Geek Squad would have charged me just to tell me that. He told me that a new monitor should fix my problem and it did.

Id give 10 stars if I could. I was having an annoying issue with my Windows 10 explorer window scrolling and Michael patiently talked me through a few things that it could possibly be. Then pointed me in the right direction to do a few tests. He helped me get the annoying problem figured out! I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with their computer!
