They successfully diagnosed the problem, and the price was basically mid-mid-range. But it took them twice as long as they kept telling me it would. I had to contact them to find out my computer had been ready they didnt bother to let me know. Also, they lied about what they had managed to fix, claiming that my graphics card was working perfectly when it in fact was barely functional. Would not use again.

They do a great job when they fix your computer, BUT, they do forget to do things like reconnect the printers when they bring the computer back. Empty the trash can when finished, and make sure all Icon links are unbroken before returning computer saying its fixed. All around they do a very good job, but its the little things that lost them a star.

I bought a refurbished laptop from Zak computer. The service was excellent. Arin guided me through the purchase and when I called about obtaining a camera, he said he would help me find the best one for my laptop. I highly recommend Zak computers.

Brought my PC in for repair they hooked it up found the problem and fixed it in about a half-hour. Then they wouldnt let me pay them. Said it was an easy fix. No charge. I know where im going if I have a not so easy fix. Thanks guys!

Great service. Employees that actually know a thing or two about computers and electronics. Also, theyre very nice so thats a plus.
