These clowns charged me for a whole new hard drive which failed a week later. Turns out the "new" hard drive they installed was four years old - used! Took it to Geek Squad and they reinstalled my original hard drive and took care of the virus it had and had me up and running in twenty minutes for $20. Dont get ripped off for $200 like I did!
