I am currently employed at Mr.FixIt so my review may seem biased to those reading, but the experience I would like to share is before I applied to work here. I was a DIY kind of guy myself and I attempted to change my brothers charge port in his iPhone 5. After the repair it still did not work so I took it to the professionals at Mr.FixIt, they had it for about a day and got back to me letting me know that it was a piece of debris that got under the connector (Yes I know, rookie mistake) causing it to not to fully complete the circuit, and what made it even better was they cleaned it out and didnt even charge me for it! The guy that helped me out is now my manager and he encouraged me to keep at it. A few months later I applied and got the job! I have been working for Mr.FixIt for about 4 months now and it has been awesome, Ive learned far more than any YouTube video can teach me and couldnt be more pleased with the environment. As a previous satisfied customer and current employee I give Mr.FixIt a 5 STAR rating and TWO THUMBS UP!! With all of that being said I cant wait to see you readers stop by! Ask for John!

So, I called the local Mr Fix it in Valdosta for a price quote to replace my cell phone glass screen. While on hold, their recording stated that they do Competitive price matching. When the technician came on the line, I asked for a quote. He stated that it would be $200. When I inquired about their recording offering Competitive price matching and gave him my other quote for $149, he said "well we definitely cannot do that". When I asked why, he stated that their cost for the parts would not allow them to do the repair for that price. I asked him why their recording stated that they did and then he said well, it depends on the item. He said that they normally explain that when they actually talk to the customer. So then I said "So, you deliberately mislead your customers?" His response was "no, we dont do it deliberately". Dont think I can trust these folks.

STOP GOING HERE!!! I went probably more than anybody in valdosta.I just got my phone fixed in May and dropped my phone on carpet with tempered glass on it and it cracked easily with a case on it. Plus when they fixed it in may they bent my frame and my screen kept popping out of my phone so if its dropped its quite easy for it to crack. plus i went back time after time for them to push my screen back in and they keep telling me its the frame when they bent it in the first place. One of their employees told me they use cheap parts from a certain manufactuer that charges them less and you just keep going back for repairs. Go to igadget doctor by best buy. much cheaper. Ive spent more than 1000 dollars at mr fix it in the past 3 years. forget them. Ima do everything in my power to spread the word and to keep people from going here, believe that

After my phone was cracked I brought it to Mr. fix it. I noticed the phone screen they they put on it had a greyer tint than before. A days later the entire phone screen started falling off the back of the phone, but because I live out of town I wasnt able to come back to have it fixed until I came back to visit my family. So a few weeks later I came back in and they fixed the phone for free. Once again a few days later, the entire phone screen was no longer attached to the back of the phone. This caused extreme glitches to occur any time I tried to use my phone and a lot of frustration. I ended up purchasing a new phone instead so that I did not have to deal with this problem any more. Mr. Fix it was very nice and offered to fix it again, but because of my previous experience and living out of town I chose to buy a new phone entirely.

The worst experience I have ever had. First they bent and broke my iphone 5s, afterwards telling me it was unfixable (it worked perfectly prior to letting them handle - only thing wrong was a small crack in the screen). They were & are inexperienced peddlers trying to fix iphones on the side of their pawn shop business. When I took the phone to Apple after this experience I was told that Mr. Fix It had shorted the circuit board out while attempting to fix my iphone the first time. I STRONGLY recommend NOT going anywhere close to this place. They took $140 from me and left me with a unrepairable phone.

Could not connect to the internet this morning. Called Dish my internet provider. Couldnt help me. They told me to call Microsoft and gave me the number. Called Microsoft and spent an hour on the phone with them. THEY couldnt help me. Took the notebook to Mr. Fixit on Bemiss and he had it running in less than five minutes. FOR FREE (I did tip him) Mr. Fixit has fixed my phone when Verizon tried to tell me I needed a new one and they fixed my internet problem when Microsoft wanted to sell me some sort of subscription. If you have phone or computer issues check them out!

I wont go to anyone else with my frequent iPhone repair needs. I am a repeat customer who has always been satisfied with the service, staff and price. A good service is always worth paying the extra money to avoid having to do it yourself, especially if you are like me and do not have the patience or time to disasseble and properly reassemble a smart phone.

Took my galaxy s5 there for a cracked screen, it cost 200.00 and I had to go back twice within a week to get my new screen reattached. Very poor quality for the cost. After posting my review the manager contacted me and apologized for the service I received. He has offered to make things right so l will give them my business again and see how things go.

I have taken two phones to be fixed, one iPhone and one Samsung, both in which Mr. Fix It on Bemis Road did wonders! Each phone was fixed all within my budget. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for great service!
