When I first went in I was looking at the Nintendo 3DS (original) it was black handheld with a lot of games in the pouch I couldnt afford it so the guy told me he said I have some tablets (as is refurbished tablet) I was going to say no because I thought the Wi-Fi will mess up but I only have $25 bucks out the door for the tablet Im using now I know its cracked but they put a screen protector so my thumb wont get cut from the shard of the screen Long story short I paid $25 out the door now I have my second tablet its better than Amazons Fire and HDX but this is a lot better and again screen is cracked but I will fix it next time But all and all I will come back and buy a case to this and Im not far away from here my house is where schoolcraft and I-96 is at But all I thank you for support I come back next time Sincerely yours Darnell Rogers And lastly what are your store hours???

Just Trying To Find Peace

Let me tell you about this place.... my computer was not running properly after being without power for a week. (DTE Energy....) I found this companys ad on craigslist, brought my computer to this company and in less than 48 hours, I had a brand new machine! It was running fast and had all of the security features and programs installed that were helpful and efficient for my business! This guy is amazing. He knows what he is doing and most importantly... he WANTS your business! I had a minor issue & he reminded me of my warranty & there being no cost to fix it! Nasser EXCEEDS my expectations... EXCEEDS THEM. How many businesses do that these days?! Please bring your computer here. Let him know the issues, give him time to fix them & enjoy an efficient & smooth running computer!

On July 30th, 2016, my phone screen went out because of my tinkering with it. So I took my phone to Malek at Plymouth Computers & Phone to be fixed. He told me that my antenna was bad and needed replacing. Charged me $35 to fix it. Now mind you, im a little tech savvy and had reason to doubt a bad antenna which is for reception, not a black screen. After some research on YouTube, I had forgot to snap the display connector back in place. Moral of this true story...TRUTH outweighs a LIE any day. Support them at your own risk or risk losing unnecessary money for something thats functional and not bad like I did. Shame! Where is the integrity!?!

Five star and first class service. Cant even imagine why anyone would leave anything negative On here. The store itself isnt dingy like other computer places Ive been to. Everything is organized and very clean. The Owners are great people. Malek opened an hour early for us Knowing we needed our computer screen fixed urgently. The model of our dell is relatively new and he had the screen in stock. Very reasonable pricing. The cost to replace my phone screen at Apple was almost the same and thats in comparison to a full size computer. Only took 15 minutes to replace. Highly recommended.

After going to Best Buy for "Geek Squad", who stated that theyll take some months, and PC Gladiator, whos owner said they there was no way my laptop could be fixed- I am so happy that I stopped in Plymouth Computer&Phone. TRUE experts. Incredible technician took the time to actually diagnose the issue and work very tediously to fix my laptop. He took my laptop apart and put it back together like surgery. Forget Geek Squad, my laptop was fixed in a WEEK and at a low cost, beat that. So thankful for Plymouth Computer&Phone!

Awesome guys here.. I called all over to find a screen for a note 3 no one had it in stock.. and it would take almost a week to get.. except here. I took my wifes phone to get the lcd screen and glass replaced.. and the guys gave her a new battery for FREE.. Im glad I drove over 40 minutes to get here.. I definitely will be back if I need a phone fixed.. thanks again for being an awesome business..

My laptop screen was cracked, so i took it in to get repaired. The price for a new screen was a little high for me, and when i expressed this the tech suggesed that he could get me a refurbished screen for only 80 dollars!!! the screen looks brand new!! Also i was on my way to work at the time so he fixed it in 10 min for me!! Thank you soo much.

Best experience with a repair, this company repaired my LG g2 in 25 min my phone was down for 2 months, other phone and repair shops wanted to charge over 150$ the price I paid at Plymouth computer and phone repair was no where near this wayyyyy lower if u want the best bang for your buck honestly come here PLYMOUTH COMPUTER AND PHONE REPAIR

Incredibly happy I came here. Got a 240GB SSD installed, windows 10 install, external enclosure for my internal HD and my fan duct cleaned, for a GREAT price. Highly recommend. Also, wont try to upsell on stuff you may not need. Just educates you on potential options and what the benefits of doing X, Y or Z are. Never felt pressured.

This place is awesome! I took my computer with a busted screen in and my daughters computer that would not start up. I dropped them both off around 3, and I was able to pick them up by 6:30. The service was fast, and the people were very friendly. I am a very satisfied customer, and I can say they went above and beyond what was expected.

i finally found a place that was able to repair my computer. Geek squad and two other computer repair shops were unable to fix it and urged me to buy a brand new one!! Prices were lower also compared to other shops in the area. Also i ended up buying a new phone!! Very professional service and an overall pleasure to deal with!!!
