Took my comp in to zak cause it froze one day and kept saying no video input. They explained to me that my video card fried and caused my mo o to fry out. Had to take it back to them for problems after they replaced the mobo and vc. Well i got sick of paying a diagnostic fee every time i took it in so i went somewhere else and they said that my old mobo was fried but the old video card was good. But the video card they installed was crap and kept rejecting the driver and kept failing and crashing my comp.

Took my laptop into the shop because the screen kept flickering and then turned completely black...so they diagnosed it (which the price was fair) and said the LCD cable was bad. So I left it in for almost a month and got it all fixed. Also, they activated windows for me so yeah I recommend this place

Ive had three good experiences with the guys at Zak. They answer all my questions and take as much time as needed to explain and suggest fixes, and recommend products. Their parts prices are competitive; not sure about service prices but its worth it.

This stores been here a long time. Selection isnt as big as a Microcenter, but the workers are always honest. Service is prompt, and professional.
