To start off, I actually had an unfinished draft on here with 5 stars when I first got my phone fixed.... That being said, Ive just deleted it and am starting over due to how unhappy I am with this place. Reading other reviews, it sounds like im not the only one with a bad experience here. I took my phone in around 06/19/2015. I had emailed them on 06/18/2015, inquiring about the possible reasons my phone wouldnt be charging, and took it in within the next couple days. The charger seemed to continually connect and disconnect, and somehow, after charging all night, my phone was still only at 75%, and I had just bought a new battery and charger thinking that would fix it. They told me it was my charge port and that they would fix it for $19.99 part cost, and $45 labor cost, plus all repairs come with a 6 month warranty (I have original email as proof; its also stated below by another customer review). Well, it seemed to work at first so I started a good review on here, but it gradually started doing the same thing as before and now, (Im writing this on 10/02/2015 but it started getting bad a few weeks ago), my phone wont connect at all. Its literally dead now, and Im stuck looking for a new phone. I emailed them and they responded stating "The warranty is 30 days for charge port replacement do to the amount of use they get. They tend to wear out quickly depending on your charging habits. I would be happy to replace it again and as with any of our repeat customers you will receive a $10 discount." ALL OF A SUDDEN, the warranty went from the original quoted 6 months, to 30 days?! After I responded to that, (mentioning that somehow my original charge port lasted over 2 years and the one they put in my phone has lasted less than 4 months, with the same "CHARGING HABITS") the next email basically states that because I use my charging port, when my phone needs charged, they have no control over how long it works for..."In regards to your charge port, we can only offer a 30 day warranty on all charge ports because they are exposed to constant wear and tear which can cause any charge port (even new) to stop working. We dont have a way to make a charge port impervious to damage nor does anyone. Because of this we dont know how long a charge port will last after the install, most last the rest of the phones life but some do get worn out. Its completely up to how the charge port is treated after the install that determines how long it will last. As for the reason your previous charge port lasted 2 years and this one lasted 2-3 months, each charge port is connected to the main circuit board of your phone. After 2 years of normal use the board itself can sustain damage to where the charge port is connected. This makes attaching a new part more difficult to get a good connection and in some cases its not possible to repair as theres nothing left to attach a new part to. Were here to help but we cant provide coverage on something thats out of our control. Were sorry for the inconvenience." If it was my circuit board that sustained damage, why was I not made aware of that when they opened up my phone and saw that it was "difficult to get a good connection"? The whole thing seems sneaky and unprofessional. They stated "Its completely up to how the charge port is treated after the install that determines how long it will last." I cant prove it to you but I take extremely good care of my belongings and have done nothing out of the norm to damage the charge port. In fact, because of it going bad in the first place, Ive been EXTRA careful with it, and yet, in less than 4 months, its not working, and I paid $64.99 for nothing. Im going to end this now because its really long but honestly my advice to you is DO NOT pick a place because they are "cheap", youll get what you paid for...

Would give them zero stars if it were only possible. Looks like I should have probably checked the reviews here before going there, because my experience is similar to others here. Just had a TERRIBLE experience here. Both of my sons cracked the screens on their phones, and they replaced them. Within a week, Joshs screen popped off. They give 1 year warranty, so we went back and they fixed it again. The repair person said "Hmmmm. The phone must be bent. But well replace it better so It wont happen again. 3 weeks later, it popped off again, and this time immediately started to crack in the corner that it popped from (same corner as last time). They claimed since it cracked when it popped off, they wouldnt honor warranty. She then said she didnt think the phone was bent, but didnt know why the screens were popping off, and refused to repair it. I challenged her on the warranty, and then she claimed that she wouldnt do the repairs because the screen cracked... Which happened right when it popped off! Incredible!!! Manager was aggressive and rude. She would not contact owner. We are going to contact the credit card company to reverse the charge and get our money back, but what a hassle. Had she contacted ownership, I feel that they may have recognized their error, and done the right thing. But since she didnt, NEVER again! In re: Your response We were told the first two times that if the repairs did not work, you would refund our payment. When it popped out AGAIN, you "forgot" that. You also said you didnt think frame was bent. Many other reviewers have had this same experience with you - And you were condescending and rude. Your failure to honestly deal with your mistakes will certainly cost you many more customers! It has already cost you my business (as you noted, 4 times already but never again). You will soon hear from the BBB and my CC company. I suggest others do the same.

Absolutly Horrible, I visted the Canton location on 4/29 for a complete repair of my front screen due to it being dropped. It indeed was repaired to my knowlegde at least I thought. My screen begin lifting and I immediately called them to see if they could repair it on 5/4.. I came in the next day and the manager and older caucasian lady was very nonchelant and rude about it. & told me my frame was bent.. looking at other reviews this is a common issue apparently.. but nonetheless she did nothing and even told me "If you keep it in the case "LIFEPROOF" that it should be fine" well today 5/17 my screen is completely white.. I can not text, answer calls, or even turn the phone off and see something happening... I call the Canton location the guy tells me he cant go over the managers head so I then call the Novi location to talk to the mananger..............BOY WAS SHE RUDE.!! She kept cutting me off and then told me to take it to the Canton location so they guy can look at it.. the warranty in which I went for say something like they dont cover LCD screen something something.. so If I take it to him and he cant fix my screen then I will have wasted my time and gas along with $103 from them placing a USED FAULTY screen on my phone.. WELL ILL BE BACK WITH AN UPDATE REVIEW AFTER I VISIT THIS LOCATION TODAY
