If you need to ship via Fed-Ex and youre in a hurry...dont go here. The staff is nice but nobody is ever at the counter for fed-ex. It sits right at the entry doorway in a huge blind spot. So the people at customer service or at any of the cash registers cant see you. In addition the desk for printer services is facing the other way so if youre waiting for help on Fed-ex, the person at that desk cant see you if they are working with another customer or project so they dont call for assistance to the Fed-ex counter. I use this place a lot for supplies and as I said...the people are great however I stopped using their Fed-ex services about a year ago for this reason. I periodically go in and ship something to test to see if theyve improved since its only a minute from my house and it would be easier to go here. Im sad to say...no improvement as of yet.

Pathetic. Every time I try to get something printed even with high quality files the images end up jaggy. Customer service is rather lacking, and there are rarely enough people working in the print shop. The equipment is laughable and dated. It has taken me over an hour to print one image before. The last time I was in they had only 1 PC which had capabilities of editing images or handling color files. OfficeMax has lost my business for failing to provide their stores with adequate equipment to perform the services they claim to have. An employee has even told me it was my fault that my images wouldnt print.

I live close by and its convenient but I think this store is going to be closed soon. They NEVER have what you want. Most basic supplies are always out of stock. The sales people are non existent. If you call to check on the availability of an item they place you on hold and never come back. Recently, I was placed on hold for over 6 minutes at which time I finally gave up. Dont waste your time with this store. It SUCKS

The people at the copy center are always helpful and friendly to me whenever I go and whatever I have to do. Big or small jobs are treated just the same. Helpful suggestions are given as well, for the best way to do projects. Love this place.
