The location for this store is horrible, its in the middle of the mall just as a stand, and is not its own store. Thats pretty dumb considering theyre a big company. Also the guy lied to me when I bought a game a while back which was a pre-order, and said it came with the pre-order bonus. When I picked it up it was just a normal copy and I was pissed, they werent even willing to take it back.

Even for a kiosk location, this Microsoft store has tablets and phones on display that are available to try out. It has a modern, yet simplified appeal. They also have an Xbox 360 game being played in a demo mode on a monitor to show off what the console is capable of doing. Customer service here is good.

This site is a kiosk at 12 Oaks Mall. The staff here is great and very helpful. Everyone is knowledgeable about products and excited about what they do. Not a full service store and limited on products because of space. But definitely check it out.
