Jan 2016 MI Pc Tech is just what we were looking for! We cant believe our luck that Belleville has such a professional and friendly company that can do everything (you can buy custom, new computers, repair old computers, install new programs, rid viruses, complete set up of equipment, etc) Chuck came out to install our new equipment and uninstall the old. (He even hauled away the old equipment to recycle for us) He was on time, (makes house calls!), professional, friendly and is brilliant with anything you need to know about computers. We are so impressed with this company and wont go any place else! They deserve 10 stars! We will be purchasing, upgrading and installing more equipment soon. (no more big box stores for us!) I am a fulltime RVer and had my hard drive crash. I was on my way to Belleville, did an internet search and found Michigan PC Tech to be the closest repair service. What a lucky break! I took my computer in on a Wednesday morning, and by Thursday afternoon I had a new drive and my data recovered. Not only did they do a great job, it was done at a very fair price. When I picked up my computer I was told that I was now their customer, and I could call for help anytime from anywhere. Great service!!!

I was referred to Michigan PC Tech and I was very pleased with my experience. My mac book had crashed and they were very helpful answering questions and very friendly. They fixed my computer and tried their best to provide optimal service. The price was very reasonable and I walked away satisfied and eager to spread the word on how great they were. Seriously dont waste your time with other computer businesses. These guys are local and should be supported. I highly recommend.

I will never consult a big box company again for my computer needs! After dealing with this professionally run business, and family owned business, I realize how important it is to deal with real experts. I own a business, and have used big box stores in the past. Took 2 PCs in for repair which included a complete wipe and fresh OS install for one and the other was stuck in a boot loop due to my daughter turning off the computer during an update. They were quick and the price actually amazed me. I used to use another PC place in Wayne for years and they let me down on my last build there so I thought Id give these folks a try. Glad I did. Theyve earned a new customer.

We use Michigan PC Tech at work for all of our computer and tech woes. They have connected our work network, including all devices which are housed in separate buildings, theyve debugged our computers when necessary, fixed our printers, installed better software and basically been complete LIFE SAVERS. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Chuck knows what he is doing and he gets it done quickly!

Stopped in the store recently and asked a question about what type of processor I would need to run a certain program for my business. The guy said he wasnt sure but he would do sone research and get back to me. He took my name and phone number and said he would call me back within a day or so. Never got a phone call back. Terrible Customer Service. Will NEVER visit again

I have been a customer for a few years now. They are really good, trust worthy people. They not only care about what they do but, they care about the people they are working for. I will not take my lap tops or purchase a computer from anyone but them. Give them a try and youll keep going back.

i have been there a few times not only do they fix your problem pc they ex plane what they did why they did it and give you GREAT ADVICE. there prices are very fair. would not even think of going any were else.i recommend them to all my fiends when they are having problems.

i recently bought a refurbished dell 1501 from there. It had a slight issue with the battery. But he fixed that issue quickly and easily. I recommend these guys to anybody.
