ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do NOT take your computer here, i was able to accomplish what they were trying to do in 45 min Vs. their 7 days. I Took my computer in on a Tuesday because i was having trouble loading Windows 8 on my SSD so i just asked them to do it. which was going to be about $100. WHAT A JOKE. (I am an advanced computer user and can figure out just about anything, but i just didnt have the time to mess around with it.) So a couple days go by and they call me on Thursday asking me a few questions and told me they were starting my computer and that my computer would be done the following day. Well Friday rolls around and at about 5:30pm (they close at 6) I still hadnt gotten a call. so i call them and ask them whats up and if my computer is done and i had just put a new motherboard and processor in my PC and apparently i had a few wires in the wrong spot on the motherboard so they told me they had to fix it ( for an actual good computer tech, this should take maybe an hour. its very simple.) with no additional charge and that they were sorry that it wasnt done and they were going to drop the price a little bit and proceeded to tell me that my computer will probably be done Saturday and if not FOR SURE Monday. No Call on saturday. So its monday and sure enough 5:30 rolls around and still no call. so i call them and ask them wheres my computer at. they said "Well Chad had to re-wire your motherboard and is just now getting it put back together. and that it will without a doubt be done tomorrow" at this point Im just irritated and ticked off because what i asked them to do is SO simple. 3:00pm rolls around on Tuesday and still no phone call. so i call them and this time, Chad, the guy actually working on my computer answers and ask him wheres my computer. he says "Im having trouble loading windows onto thee SSD, Ive installed it but it keeps telling me that theres no operating system. but ill keep working on it and hopefully have it done by tomorrow" at this point im just done, alls i want is my computer back. So i call a family friend that is a computer tech for a school in Genesee County and he about lost it when i told him how long they have had my computer and what i asked them to do to it. He told me to just go get my computer so i called them around 4:30 and said, "look if you arent going to have my computer done by the end of the day then Im just going to come pick it up." and they said okay no problem blah blah blah, ill have Chad call you in 45 min to an hour and let you know. and hour goes by and NO CALL. What a surprise right?? So i didnt even call them, I just drove up there come to find out, CHAD ISNT EVEN AT WORK ANYMORE. HE JUST DECIDED TO GO HOME AND CALL IT GOOD AND NOT CALL ME OR ANYTHING. And the best part is, they didnt get Windows installed and all they did was rewire my motherboard which they said they werent going to charge me for? but still charged me $60 to get my computer? So I get home, boot my PC up, look to see what they did and my head was about to explode. They had my SSD set to GPT and not MBR so I deleted all the partitions, files and all the other crap the tech tried to do, created 1 single system partition, Converted drive to MBR and what do ya know, successful install and all drivers loaded within 45min. Thanks for having my computer for 7 days and accomplishing nothing. What great techs you guys have

- They successfully did what I asked - Guy typing while I explained my problem and got it wrong, too busy entering ticket, wasnt listening - Had to explain again later that I wanted an upgrade to RAM; after diagnostics they thought they were done - "Service with a smile" non-existent - Someone on other side of wall belched out loud while I was in the store - Took nearly 2 weeks to get my laptop back; New Years day was in the mix, but still way too long - Will I go back? Theyre the only Apple Certified store in the area, no choice unless I want to drive to Flushing or Somerset mall and Flushing is the same company; if I had a choice then no I wouldnt go back.
