This place is great if you need to have your PC replaced or fixed. They fix my computer in a timely fashion whilst being knowledgeable and a wealth of information. These people know their stuff and are pretty fun to talk with. They have interesting stories that I can relate to. That being said the 7 p.m. close time its a tad bit inconvenient. Im almost always working between 10 am and 7 pm. ( That however is my problem ) During the time my PC was being fixed be reached out to me multiple times due to the auto text updates and emails. Even when i messaged them on Twitter they responded within less than a minute at Midnight. Love the speediness. Other than that I felt the labor costs to replace my PSU was a bit steep. I mean it wasnt that huge of an issue but still its something to consider if youre taking your PC up to this place. If youre not in a huge rush or hurry to replace anything in your PC you mite as well just do it yourself. I on the other hand dont really mind and Im glad to support this business in the future.

My experience with this store was fantastic. First it is located conveniently near the corner of 7 Mile and Middlebelt right next door to Burger King in Livonia. The spot has safe and easy access and is in a prime location. Next the service was amazing. You will walk in the door and immediately be treated by Nate the stores owner. He has amazing people skills and a great heart. I went in with the expectation of getting my laptop computer repaired instead I was treated by an amazing guy who helped me with purchasing another computer because my computer had really took a crap on me. I was able to get a computer that was in better shape them the one I was bringing in for the price it would have cost me to fix my old one. I recommend Livonia PC repair to anyone who needs a computer. Laptop or desktop Nate really knows his stuff when it comes to computers. And an added plus- you will feel like you have a friend when you leave his store. I will be back for another computer for my teenage son!

About a month or so ago, I was out with my grandmother and noticed a PC shop. I made a mental note on where the shop was located and we agreed to go and check it out. The NEXT day or so, we told my aunt about it and decided to pay a visit to get my laptop fixed. We met one of Nates employees as well as Nate. They both talked to us and was very helpful! Nate explained everything in detail as to what was going on with my computer and what steps I didnt need to take to get into my situation and the steps needed to take next to prevent this from happening again. Him and his team made sure that I was able to get my computer fixed in time for school. I had an issue with my computer again tonight and once again, he was the one on the phone and was very patient with me and solved my problem! Thank You Again! Krystal.

I stopped into this store one day over a year ago and will never go to any other! I consider this MY computer store. Great sales attendant/Great owner, and awesome service. Any problems i have had setting up anything i purchase from this store, he came out the very next day and educated me on how to use it or hook it up, most stores dont do that, and if they do they will charge. The owner makes sure you are happy with your purchase and the use of it, hes always courteous and very friendly, and he always greats you as you walk in and assist you right away. Nate is one and a million. My mom and I travel this route often and seen your building Livonia PC Repairs. It wasnt until my niece Krystal arrived from Florida and needed her computer repaired that we decided to stop in. What a great day that was the staff and Nate were wonderful. The repair charge was great and he saved us from buying a new computer. Its safe to say that I will be referring everyone I know that have computer issues to Livonia PC Repair. GREAT service, fast turnaround. Very friendly and personable computer service with a smile. If you want to call up and actually talk to a human being about your computer issues, this is your place. When my iMac hard drive crashed, apple store couldnt get the replacement drive i needed - said it was no longer available and told me to throw my machine out. Glad I called Livonia Computer, they immediately knew the drive i needed, and quoted me the price right over the phone. 48 hours later its good as new. Also scrubbed an infected PC and accessory drive for us. Easy peasy. Would recommend to others and will be back.

Fast , friendly and very efficient. A virus attached itself to my computer and it produced the most annoying message with a dedicated number to call if I wanted the problem resolved. I immediately contacted Nate and he advised to bring the computer in. Nate and his staff were understanding of the problem with my computer and after an hour my computer was repaired. The quick and friendly turnaround was remarkable. Kudos to Nate and his team. You have a return customer. This is an excellent place to go if you need your computer fixed. Ive been to the store on 3 different occasions because I was having problems with the screen on my laptop. Every time Ive been, the owner Nate, has always been very helpful. My most recent time visiting I only had 3 days to spare before I headed back to school. So he explained to me the problem and had my screen fixed the very next day! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their laptop fixed. The staff is great and the service is quick. This place has been nothing but AWESOME. We had trouble replacing a laptop screen due its odd size and Nate figured out how to make it work without costing an arm and a leg AND was able to fix our keyboard on our other laptop! In fact I am writing this review using our newly repaired laptop screen! Thanks a million Nate! I highly recommend this place looking for honest and affordable computer repair.
