DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR!!! I took 2 dell laptops to them. One with a bad hard drive. The other with a broken screen. They didnt have a screen for the one. So instead of replacing the hard drive in the other one, they swapped them out. $185 later I could have done that myself!! Now neither of my computers work!!! As a follow up. I took my computers back to have them fixed correctly. I told the guy I was not happy with the service, and they did not give me what they quoted me for. He called me a liar! I cant wait to see them go out of business!
