Had utilized EMC in the past with a laptop disk drive upgrade but this time I was in serious trouble with a 9 yr old Dell desktop that had crashed due to a blown capacitor on the motherboard. Since it was very old I contracted with EMC to build a new custom computer utilizing the latest technology with removal of a selected 1TB Drive and access to the remaining multiple hard drives on the old. The "C" on the old could not be accessed due to disk configuration setup so EMC had to find an exact motherboard match and replace it to access the 2 laced 250GB drives. The new "custom" computer works flawlessly with incredible speed and the old and slow one was recovered and is now accessible for additional data backup. Elie Nicolas (owner) is super to work with and he extends himself to insure that customers are very satisfied.

Could not be happier with this place. Eli is friendly and patient and good at what he does. Gave me a great deal on a trade-in. I would buy refurbished laptops in the past but gave up with unscrupulous dealers on the internet but took a chance with Eli. Glad I did. Eight months later, two months after his six months warranty expired, I gave him a call as the internet wasnt working on the pc. Eli explained the recent windows ten update and gave me detailed instructions on resolving the issue. Worked like a charm, did not charge me a thing even though it was the result of an update and not the great laptop he sold me. I will never go elsewhere now and urge you to look at his great refurbished deals.

I am a PC savvy engineer when my computer failed to boot, I tried to fix it myself. This time I just couldnt fix it and all my valuable data (resumes, contacts...) are in there. The owner put everything down to help me when I walked into the store. By using his experience, he quickly found that the power supplies is the problem instead of corrupted boot sector in the disk. He put in a new power supply, and put in a new hard disk, then charged me for parts (the power supply) only after more than a hour of trouble shooting and problem fixing. I almost in tears when I saw my system come back. Best of the best, this is the only place I go whenever I run into pc problems.

One of the best in the region. Took our laptop to them and told them what the issue was and how the monitor was going blank... He took the laptop, ran the diagnostics, told me what the problem was, gave me a couple of options. Everything mentioned, for FREE... Not unlike some other centers where they were asking 20$ to 90$ for diagnostics. Not to mention, A warm welcome as soon as we entered the store Level 0 explanation Its like they were trying to help than to make money... Will definitely refer/recommend you guys to anyone/everyone... Keep up the good work guys!

It was the 5 star reviews that caught my attention when I was searching for a repair shop. Elie deserves every excellent review hes earned. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my computer, fixed it in less than a day, and for a price that was approximately half of what I had been quoted by a bigger business. I will refer everyone to him and will definitely be back should another need arise.

Excellent computer repair store. I had a brown out in our plant which fried 4 of our computers. Eli had us back, up and running in just a few hours time. They are honest, hard working and fair priced. This is definitely the go-to-store for any computer repairs!!!!
