Original review following my purchase in early 2015 is included below. Computer performance and Customer Service since that time continue to be excellent. Telephone assistance is always immediately available when I have any issues, and the technicians always do a great job of understanding my request, diagnosing anything that needs attention, and solving any problems. Most often this will involve something like difficulty downloading a new program or updating a driver, for which the solution might involve making temporary changes to my firewall settings to permit the download. Technicians have also walked me through the upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and today were able to identify the cause of my system being hung and get things running smoothly again. Gary took some extra time to check other functions, and went through some manual maintenance steps to reduce the chances for future driver conflicts, etc. I continue to be very satisfied with my computer and the service provided by Vision Computer. Original review (2015): New system purchased 6 weeks ago. Set-up was easy, and everything was pre-configured when I took delivery. Vision encouraged me always to call and use them actively for any questions I might have. I have contacted them 2-3 times as I am becoming acquainted with the computer itself as well as newer versions of Windows, IE, etc. As experienced today with Harry, they answer the phone immediately, provide courteous and knowledgeable guidance, and when necessary they seek remote access in order to check things directly and make any appropriate changes to settings, install updates, etc. Behind the scenes, they push out updates and perform maintenance on a weekly basis to keep my system current and working smoothly. This system is my third generation from Vision. I recommend them highly based on product, price, hardware service, and software support.

These guys are awesome! Ill be honest about the appearance walking in..I wasnt sure what to expect from this place. The building is nothing special but I can tell you without a doubt that has no bearing on the people inside. I was at my wits end trying to fix a Lenovo laptop due to the fact that IBM uses their own blend of proprietary parts that almost no one knows anything about and just happened to find this place on my way home from work. Not only did they have the part I needed in stock but they were able to get me back up and running and on my way home in 20 minutes! The price was fair and Rahul (the tech who made the repair for me) was even good enough to write down the drivers I would need when I mentioned that I was going to put Ubuntu back on the machine now that everything was up and running again. I only had Windows 7 on it due to the fact that hardware problems seem to be much easier to diagnose that way and I wasnt 100% sure of the problem before hand. Ill admit the customer waiting area feels a bit like what you would see on csi or some cop show as an interrogation room but the service was fantastic and I could not be happier. I am pretty self sufficient when it comes to my computers but if I ever have any more problems out of this Lenovo Vision Computers will be my first stop to get it fixed! Thanks for the fast and friendly service guys! It is greatly appreciated. On a side note..I dont know what the odds are that two Patricks in a row would review this place but we are not the same person just in case anyone else finds that odd.

Customer Service, I wanted to share another pleasurable experience I had with Vision Computers and let you know your continued commitment to customer service and satisfaction is A++. I have purchased several systems from vision computers however on this occasion I didnt need a computer system but a simple cable. My dog had chewed the cord that connects my laptop to the wall power adapter. It was not a brand that vision computers carries and as I was looking online for a replacement so I thought to look at Vision. I logged on and the Live Support pop-up asked if I needed assistance. I corresponded with the Live Support Representative Jeremy. Within a short time he had determined the cable I needed was not one that they stock however was used for common adapters. He verified the cables compatibility when I sent him an image link through Live Support and that the cost was $15.00 plus tax. It is not everyday that regardless of a $15.00 cable or a $1500.00 computer system the individuals working there understand that customer service and commitment to satisfaction should be the same. I want to thank Jeremy for his assistance as well Vision Computers for their continued commitment to service, quality, and satisfaction for all its customers regardless how much they are spending. This review is long overdue. I cant say enough good things about Vision Computers! Ive been a client of theirs since February, 2001 (seems longer, though) so Ive bought several machines and components from them, and I do not need to go anywhere else for my computing needs. (I did once back in 2003, but Ive regretted it ever since.) Visions sales and service are top shelf. From my salesperson, Ruby Dunlap, to the Tech Support personnel, mainly but not only Rahul and Jesse, I have gotten nothing but top-notch advice and service with anything Ive ever needed. Ruby asks lots of questions to find out exactly what youre looking for and then goes the extra mile to personalize a computer configuration to your requirements. After you buy a Vision computer, any problems you have are handled by their first-rate Tech Support team. Ive been in the computing world since 1978, so Ive been around the block a few times and am very good at painting myself into a corner, but the Tech Support people at Vision have gotten me out of every jam Ive gotten myself into! And all with a friendly smile. They continuously exceed my expectations, and that means everything. Im never short of being completely satisfied with them! Theyre the best!

Great service!! Very rapid response to a system crash, back up and running within just a few minutes. I got to watch the technician wizzzz through all the technical right here on my screen and wham, fixed! 20150623 Great Service again!! For nearly a month I kept getting the blue screen crash and continued to call Vision for support. After a couple of weeks of this, I decided to uninstall everything related to Google because of a maleware being placed in a Google folder. I called Vision today to give them a heads up about this issue and have not had a blue screen crash for over a week. Vision has been very patient about this issue and Ive been extremely satisfied with their service. These are the last two files before I uninstalled Google... I was a little hesitant to buy my system for own use from a private dealer, but after numerous problems with the big box stores, I decided to give Vision Computers a try. Best Move I ever made. Their expertise, very helpful sales and tech people are second to none. I recently purchased my 3rd system form Vision. I had a tech question that needed an answer about 3 weeks after I brought the system home. I not only got an answer to my question, but I was transferred to tech support and the problem was fixed on the spot by a techie at Vision remotely. Would I recommend Vision to anyone who needs a computer system? A big fat YES would be immediately answered. These people are very nice, helpful, and concerning to deal with. No rush, no high pressure, and best of all, they know what they sell and manufacturer. Simply put....."It doesnt get any better than this" One more thing.....I am a customer and a non paid spokesperson who when the time comes for another system or screen, I know where I will be coming to buy.
