This has to be the best customer service experience I have ever had! Upon entering the store there were several people waiting but they soon had all available staff out helping all of the customers! I was able to bring them my iPhone 6 and they were able to beat Apples pricing by nearly $30!! The manager was manning the register and he was working just as hard as the rest of them to help everyone and he was super nice and friendly! The parts seem to be of great quality as well, my iPhone looks like it came right out of the box brand new! AND they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY for all the installed parts! They told me if I ever have any problems with the part as long as I didnt break it that it was covered under warranty and they would replace it for FREE!!! This is SUCH a better alternative to making insurance claims, I was able to keep all the information on my phone like contacts and pictures and all of my work info. Insurance couldnt do that for me PLUS I would have had to wait at least 36 hours to get another phone from insurance but with CPR North Knox I was in and out with my phone fixed perfectly in an hour and a half!! WOW!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!! KEEP UP THE STUPENDOUS WORK!!!

CAUTION: I took my working just fine iPhone 5s in to have a routine battery change. They charged me $60 when I checked in and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Coming back in an hour, they said they were having technical difficulties. 4 days later, my phone is permanently damaged and the only comment, Theres nothing we can do. A $250 phone up in smoke while in their hands. They gave me my phone back and NO REFUND of the $60. Stopping in at CPR cost me $310. Now I have to go and buy another phone. I asked if they could put my original battery back in...We already threw it away. Its policy. Asking for a credit or another 5s which they had in the case, response, Sir, we are just a franchise, we cannot do anything like that. Ugghhh UPDATE: I took the phone to Apple Store as recommended. After 3 hours of effort and me NOT saying anything about my experience or battery replacement at CPR, the tech said, "Mr Brown, there is nothing we can do. They only thing that could cause this, is if it was water damaged or if something damaged the mother board like circuit damage during replacing a battery. Its definitely not software. You could always sell this for parts."

Well they get one star from me. I didnt even do business with them. You may be asking why am I giving 1 star to a company I didnt even do business with. I needed my Samsung note 5 repaired. The screen was cracked. I was told by CPR it would cost $300 to have it fixed due to the type of screen it had. That being said I did some calling around and I called best buy to ask them what they charge. Lets just say best buy CRUSHED CPR. I paid like $189 out the door to have my phone fixed. I was happy with my repair and still am happy. Ill pay $189 any day rather then $300. Not to mention CPR isnt even a Samsung authorized repair center. So think about that when you take a Samsung device to them. The other good news is my phone was still under warranty but due to a cracked screen it wasnt under warranty any more. But guess what, my phone is back under warranty.

The staff at CPR on Clinton highway are courteous, knowledgeable and their branch is probably the most reasonably priced near Knoxville. Out of the five businesses I got quotes from, CPR beat the price of the other cheapest option by at least $30.00 for screen repairs on both phones I brought them. They had to keep one of my phones for a couple days longer than they planned but gave me a loaner so I could keep in touch at no extra charge. They also repaired the body of my phone for just the price of my screen replacement. Theyre a solid group, who delivered the service they offered and then some. I plan on bringing any repairs I need on any of my devices to them based on this awesome experience.

Brought my water damage phone in. Didnt get an exact answer as to what needed to be replaced. First the battery then the charging port. They showed me my phone when it was working. Didnt back anything up. Then they tell me my phones no longer working 10 minutes later. I was very confused. If I pay 81$ for water damage repair then they should really "repair" the device. Not try to shyster me with this that and the other thing. Ultimately they are in to take as much money as you can as long as it doesnt surpass a replacement phone of your desire. They did get my phone up and running but I cant text or call. Its a glorified iPod. For a fee they will look at it again. Hahahha. Nope. Hope this helps.

I have had 3 phones now fixed by the team here off Clinton Hwy. All three have come back good and worked appropriately. Prices are fair with what they need to do. I am an IT person, but dont have the heat guns, magnifying capabilities, and micro saudering kit/tools to use for my own use..nor the environment, so I figured I would outsource these to them. Lifetime warranty on any issue other than personal damage to the screen..most anywhere else that is 90 days. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some punctuality of over-promising at times with timeliness. The staff, however, is courteous and does a good job.

I got a free estimate for a screen replacement for my iPhone 7 from here. I dropped my phone and it landed on the corner causing a single crack across the screen from the top left corner angling down at a 45 degree angle across the whole screen. No other problems. Their estimate was 469.99 (four hundred sixty nine bucks) just for a screen replacement. Apple does the work for 129.00 (one hundred twenty nine bucks) as advertised on their website. I found their estimate to be derisory so I took it to Apple and they fixed it in about an hour. I do not recommend this establishment under any circumstances.

I stopped in to ask about the charge to replace the brokkn screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5, and when I found out it was more expensive than I planned, I at first thought I would buy another phone for about the same price, but I eventually decided to go ahead with the repair, since CPR would use only new Samsung parts, I would also have the convenience of getting the phone back in the same day and my phone would work and look just like brand new. I am happy with the service, and would recommend CPR.

Not sure how to feel. Took my note 5 all the way up there to get the screen replace because it turned purple n the one the replaced it with did the same thing. They did fix the second on for free along with the antenna that got messed up in the process but now I am having service issues. They r not very good at keeping me updated on my device they have. Ive been up there five times for the same device... I do appreciate them fixing things for free for me but it is not an easy drive
