Ugh, I hate not remembering the sales guy name. He was very knowledgeable about the computers. He explained all the terms (ram, gb, screen size, etc). He also spoke with the manager on my behalf because the price I had in had was on an ad that expired the previous day. I had come into the store and they were out of stock. He did tell me I could order it and either pick it up at the store or have it delivered. I am old school and when I buy I want to touch, feel and take my stuff home. I dont like paying for something I dont have.. long story short, this wonderful sales guy ....ugh...leyvon or let something. I saw the name tag but dont remember. I do remember the manager was Chris. But really, I had a great educational wonderful experience. Kudos for the sales team

I dont use Staples often, and this is the closest location to my home. I used the self help printing/scanning service and was charged more than what my receipt showed. After calling the store and speaking with the manager, I was told it was a "glitch" that has happened since installation, and that the charge will be rectified within 24 hrs. When I asked if this "glitch" would be fixed in the future, he avoided giving an answer, and just repeated the credit in 24 hrs. I cannot use a service or support a business the charges more than what is owed. This is not the way to keep customers. Buyer beware!

Went to have spiral holes punched in a stack of papers and the two people behind the counter had no idea how to charge me. The ,anager had to figure it out and then he wanted $35 and I could pick them up tomorrow around 2pm. I called Office Depot and took my job there where it cost me $8 plus tax and I can pick it up at 9am. Thanks Office Depot for saving me $27.

I left some important documents in the copy machine and moved out of state that same day. I discovered my mistake after I arrived at my new place. The current staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that my documents were returned. I was impressed to say the least.

Raj in printing was awesome! I admitted I couldnt figure out the printer. He smiled and said: "Im here to help". Came from behind the counter and explained AND showed me what to do. Later, I came back with more and felt like an expert!!
