Awful repair. Given to me with an ostensibly completely functional and new screen, however somehow the screen ended up cracking in my sweatpants pocket the same day, and the screen had noticeably less sensitivity. The crack wasnt too terrible but I did call them about it to let them know that I was displeased, and they told me that the manager would call me the following morning. I should have known that with low quality repair comes low quality customer service, and I was never contacted. Fast forward to a week later today, somehow, though the phone itself has still never been dropped, the LCD has cracked now and a black region is forming in the corner of my phone! Imagine my frustration and sheer disbelief when all that I was offered for their blunder (though they would not accept that they made the mistake, as the phone "left in working condition") was 10 dollars off of one of their phone cases! Wow! 10 whole dollars! Thatll really offset the price of having to replace my screen AGAIN within a week of the initial repair! All I have to say is, the phone straight out of the Apple factory did not have a display nearly as weak nor as faulty as the crappy screen they placed on it. This never would have happened with the original screen, as it went through much more wear and tear (without breaking for over a year) than the inside of my soft sweatpants pocket. I can easily say that I wont be going back, and not only will I not reccommend others to go there, I will blatantly tell others to find another repair store.

I brought my IPhone 6 in with a cracked screen hoping for a quick and easy screen replacement and that is far from what I received. After they installed a new screen on my phone the screen was not working properly they informed me that something must have been connect improperly during the original repair that it should just take a minute to fix. After waiting an hour for their "minute" fix, they approached me with my phone in two pieces telling me it got damaged when they took the screen off for the second time and the technician that would be able to fix it wouldnt be in until Monday(this was on Friday). Fast forward to Monday at 6pm I give them a phone call to ask if my phone is ready and they tell me they had to order a part, that it should be in tomorrow or Wednesday and that theyll give me a call and keep me updated. After receiving no update on Tuesday I decide to give them a call at 3pm on Wednesday asking for an update and was informed that the technician that would preform the repair wont be in until Friday that they would give me a call and keep me updated. It is now Friday and I yet again had to contact them asking for an update to which they informed me that actually the technician wont be in until Tuesday to preform the repair. I have now been a week without a phone after going in with a simple cracked screen, I have received no compensation for the problems they have created. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, not very helpful! I took my macbook over for a diagnostic that I thought was free (from google reviews) and was told its a $35 charge and that the motherboard of my laptop is probably the problem... paid for the diagnostic that was supposed to take only 1-2 days and never heard back from anyone until I decided to call and ask for an update about 4-5 days later. The person over the phone told me that the technician that was working on my mac was not there, but that he would call him, ask for an update and call me back in a couple minutes to let me know what happened...he never called back. So the next day I finally went in to pick up my laptop only to be told absolutely nothing more than what I was told before the $35 diagnostic, hope the process is much better next time!!

Went in to have an iphone battery replaced. Chris said about 1- 1/2 hour. When I returned, the battery was done, but a cable ribbon for the volume buttons had gotten torn. Chris owned up to the mistake, and told me he would take care of it. I took it back the next day for the new ribbon. That ribbon ended up being defective- the flash/ flashlight didnt work. Chris offered to come to me to pick it up. Two days later, I took him up on his offer. When I got off work, I called, phone fixed! I recommend these guys, simply because they made a mistake, owned up to it, and took care of it. Another thing- they were $20 cheaper than other shops.

Horrible customer service. If you think they will call you to give you an update of your device, you are sorely mistaken. I had to call several times over a period of about 2 months, because they would never call me and give me and update, which they "said" they would do. On top of that, once they told me they couldnt fix the issue, they didnt tell me that they killed my device... Also, my device, while needing repair, was flawless and in mint condition on the outside, it was returned with scuffs and scratches all over the back of my iPad. I strongly recommend never using this company.

I had to keep contacting them to see if they were working on my phone. Not once did I get a phone call from them, when I was told I would. My phone has been there for over 24 hours. I was told it would be ready by noon and I hadnt even got a call from them. On my most recent call to them, I was told they werent able to fix the charging issue. I will not be getting the diagnostic fee back. I understand the cost of their time, but customer service was awful and it makes me question if I can even take their word.

They dont honor the "Lifetime Warranty". On 8/1/16 I had the port replaced on my phone. A little less than 9 months later I have the same phone charging issue. This location hardly looked at my phone and said it is charging . I can leave the phone on the charge for 10 hours starting with a 15% charge, if Im lucky I get a 63% charge. I emailed corporate and 2 weeks later no response for them either. I will never have anything repaired at the chain again.

CPR was very kind and helpful every time we engaged via telephone. Upon arrival at the store, they were quick to begin working on my device. With the nature of the damage, I did not expect the phone to work at all. Even though my phone was very damaged, I am VERY PLEASED with the repair. CPR allowed me to fix my phone to about 94.83% functionality and allow me to hang in there until the time I am ready to purchase another.

Had a problem with the charging port on my iPhone. Took it in and they looked at it while I waited. Turns out that there was an accumulation of lint in the port that was preventing the cord from making contact. The good folks at CPR Cell Phone Repair cleaned out the port and did not even charge me! It only took five minutes of my time. Friendly and courteous service! I will not hesitate to return for other needs.Thank you!
