I took my Dell Laptop to get a broken hinge repaired. That was the ONLY imperfection on my computer. When the repair man inspected the laptop in front of me, he was popping the screw covers off with a screwdriver. While he was doing this, one of the covers stuck to the screen and he tried to get it off with his screwdriver. I was very worried that he was scratching the screen but he took it away before I had time to check it. When I got the laptop back, I immediately noticed the cluster of small scratches in the lower right hand corner of my screen where the screw cover had fallen. I brought it up to the repair man and he immediately exclaimed "You are just being FOOLISH. Laptop screens get scratched and I cant do anything about it." I was absolutely appalled at this HORRIFIC customer service. I was being completely calm about the scratches and I was outwardly attacked for THEIR mistake. Also, I was charged $140 for labor to my hinge. They charge $75 an hour of labor. Did it really take them two hours to screw on a hinge? Do NOT waste your time with these people.

I dont know about the person from 6 years ago that left a poor review, but I absolutely loved their service. My computer was very VERY sluggish. They didnt try to sell me something new and discovered I had lots of malware on my computer and other things, I just didnt know how to get rid of. My computer is shared with my household, so downloads were done by many of us. ;) I got it back sooner than I thought, took them 3 days to make sure all the software was up to date and to clean it of malware and advertisement trackers. Plus they even did a virus / trojan check as well. Then gave me some hints on what I can do to keep it clean as well when I came to pick it up. I think the service they offer is very valuable and their prices were a lot less than others. Their hours are typical of a business that has family values. Meaning they dont open until about 10 am and they are closed by 5 pm, and have short hours on Friday.

If you need a computer disinfected or one built to spec, I highly recommend Access Computers. I have used Access for over 8 years for all my computer repairs. They have repaired my business and personal PCs and laptops over the years and have always done a great job. In fact, I had Dick custom build my last two PCs which have lasted much longer than the Big Name manufacturers PCs I have had. The first one they built, purchased in 2008, was still working great so I just had them upgrade some components and software last year. For a small investment, I still have a great computer that will last several more years with only a modest investment.
