My Mac laptop had a key that kept falling off. I called the Apple store and they said there was no way to give me a quote over the phone but that I would need to replace the whole keyboard, and if I brought it in theyd give me an estimate. Lifeline said theyd charge $40 if they could replace just the key but might need to do the whole keyboard. (They also quoted me $50 _more_ than the Sprint store to replace a cracked phone screen, btw. And they seem pretty hard-sell oriented; Ive stopped into two of them). I came here to check and see what they said, and the owner fixed it on the spot by taking a key off of a spare keyboard. Done in 10 minutes. Very nice man, and his little daughter is adorable. Ill be coming here in the future and recommending to everyone.

I decided to visit this place because of the positive reviews and I am glad that made the right choice! My laptop fan had been making loud noises, so I had to get a replacement. They ordered it for me and all I had to do was bring the laptop in when the fan arrived. After I got home and used my laptop, there was a little incident with my wifi. The signal was extremely weak, so I called them. They told me that they may have accidentally disconnected the wires near the wifi card. I open the laptop myself to check and what they said turn out to be true. I dont blame them. The wire slot was extremely delicate (manufacturers fault), so it came loose kind of easy. Other then this small mishap, overall great experience and very friendly customer service.

Sukh Knight is the man. I went to another PC place that charged me $55.00 to tell me they dont know whats wrong with it ... then said it would be $100.00 AN HOUR to rebuild it... Uhm WHAT?! So i took it to Sukh and he was very knowledgeable and reasonable on price. He gave me a flat rate up front - that was considering he figured out what was wrong with it. He said, "If i cant figure it out then dont pay me." He did figure it out and rebuilt a machine that could potentially hack the planet. Thank you Trend Tech Solutions. - Dan

If youre worried about price when it comes to computer work or parts then by all means go hire someone cheaper. Our small business has been using these guys probably since they opened because of their location and convenience. But after working with them for some time Id travel across town in heavy traffic if I had to in order to deal with them because they are the genuine article. If you want warm `n fuzzy customer service or low ball Office Depot pricing without any substance behind it then this is not the place for you.

At Trend Tech Sukru and Ming were more helpful than any other techs I have ever encountered. They took a personal interest in my computer problem and really listened to what I had to say. They offered several alternatives, explained everything clearly, and didnt try to sell me the moon. They fixed my computer in good time for a very reasonable price, and its now working better than it has in years. I am going to recommend Trend Tech to everyone I know.

The most horrible experience I ever had. I went to the store to fixt some problem in my laptop. The guy there said "it takes 89 dollars to look at it"... Nothing more.. I asked about the ad on the shops wall, saying "labor at $19", and he responded that "it is for something else.." Thats it. There was no additional explanation.. I just got out of the shop.. speechless....... Dont go there. Look for another place to go. Feel totally ignored.

Had a hard drive on desktop statring to have SMART drive problems. Took it in and had a clone made of drive and that replaced. Works like brand new. Took just a few hours. Very reasonably priced. Worth. Every. Penny!! All this is taking place while Im in a move to another state - 2 -1/2 hours away. If I have computer problems where Im moving it is worth 2-1/2 drive to get such great help. Trend Technology is as good as it gets!!

Just needed a cable/box for a hard drive from my crashed laptop to my new computer. Tried Best Buy(what was I thinking); tried a couple of other computer shops with no luck; called these guys and it was perfect. Their product was cheaper than Best Buy with full service and a smile. Im coming back here for sure with any tech problems. My business data is now safely available again and I can sleep at night.

I am a computer scientist (work for Microsoft). I had a problem with my personal laptop when I was in Atlanta and didnt have the tools to fix it. The owners diagnostic was right on the spot without opening and checking the laptop. He fixed it quickly and he charged way less than I was expecting. I would totally suggest this place for the knowledge, experience, and pricing.

These guys are are the best- trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I have bought and serviced multiple laptops and desktops from them over the past ten years or so. Many times, they have just offered simple repairs (like missing keys, battery checks, etc) for free. I would not go anywhere else for technology purchase or repair.

Very Positive Experience With Trend Technology Solutions. My Dell Optiplex GX280 Desktop had the dreaded blinking amber light. Took it into TTS for diagnostic testing. The issue was a power supply failure. TTS replaced the broken part, cleaned the PC and had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Great outcome for an economical price.
