I was in there to get and older motherboard and that worked fine, but being a computer tech I overheard a conversation where the tech was informing a customer that it was ok that the windows update wasnt completed all the way on his XP laptop was normal and could be ignored. Then they argued with the customer when the customer insisted they were wrong. As a computer tech that has been in IT for over 10 years, I know ginstar was misinforming the customer.

Fixed a cracked laptop screen. Looked at some other places which said they were going to charge me $200 for labor + cost of screen AND they didnt have screens in stock so I had to wait 5 to 7 business days. The guy here not only had my screen in stock but literally took less than 5 minutes and it was less than half the price other places were going to charge me. They also seemed to have a nice selection of computers and laptops (I think used?)
