I got 3 laptops and 1 desktop from here over the years. heres the deal: this is a place that sells refurbished commercial laptops and desktops. what this means is it sells commercial versions of the consumer laptops and desktops you see at stores, it sells things that corporations and businesses have used. when you buy a laptop from a store, it is plastic and has shoddy construction. the laptops here have high end construction and metal shells. these things are designed to last. they are BETTER THAN NEW. unlike a car, being "used" makes no difference on the computers. all the software is wiped, and everything is freshly installed. it is a 100% flawless computer. it is like youre the first person to ever use it. it wont have all the B.S. that computers usually come with either, like ads and bloatware. and last but not least, these computers are MIND BLOWING PRICE. i got an elitebook laptop with nvidia quadro graphics that would be 2 thousand dollars or more for 600 bucks! This is a high end laptop. you can get laptops for 150 dollars! you CANT get this anywhere else! if you want a very very good and very, very affordable computer, you have to check this place out. if you dont know much about computers, seriously, go to this place with a friend of yours that does and let them point out to you how awesome it is 5 stars - seriously never will buy computers from anywhere else

I LOVE THIS STORE!!! I feel super lucky to have found this place. I was driving with my man, we saw the sign, and on a whim decided to drop in as we were in the market for a new laptop. I am pretty lost when it comes to computers, but my man is very knowledgeable and he and the owner hit it off right away speaking about all manner of things computer... The owner really knows what hes talking about, and he not only sells but also fixes computers (if they can be fixed at all) for the best price around. After we got our great laptop for a great price, weve gone back many times for our other computer needs. Truly, we wont go anywhere else now! Not only should you go there because this place is the best bang for your buck, but also in todays world, it is good and important to support your local businesses and economy. If you go to Best Buy or something, you are going to get a lower quality computer or computer-related products for a higher price, and they are also expensive if you bring your computer to them to look at. Used PC Outlet is higher quality goods and services AND cheaper, and I feel good supporting a local business, because that means more money will stay local and therefore help out our community, as opposed to going into corporate pockets. I recommend this place to all my friends. So do good for you and good for the community -- you wont be sorry!

I was recent looking for a relative inexpensive used laptop. I had previously purchased a used desktop for my grandsons from Joseph Thomas at Used PC Outlet one year before and my experience with Mr. Thomas was very pleasant. So, I decided to once again do some business with him. We discussed my laptop needs and I purchased a commercial grade refurbished HP laptop. I have been very please with my laptop and will do more business with Mr. Thomas as needed. A couple of months later, my wife was having a problem with her laptop, very slow, and I suggested seeing Mr. Thomas. She did and he installed a very fast solid state hard drive and now she is a fan of Used PC Outlet and Mr. Thomas. We are very happy as we saved a ton of money and have state of the art laptops!!!! I highly recommend that you go by the store at 595 Crossville Rd #200---behind the North Georgia Bank---and see Mr. Thomas for a good deal on your computers needs!!!

I purchased an HP desktop computer from Used PC outlet a couple of years ago. It was a pleasant experience and its still working smoothly without any problem. After about a year, it was making some noise and when I contacted them, their customer service was so great that they took the first computer back and replaced with another computer. As i am not a very computer savvy person, they were able to educate me what went wrong, how to clean it from dust, keep it safer with air circulation and all the necessary steps to give the PC long life. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are not very knowledgeable on computer stuff, they will patiently educate you on staff. My contact there, Mr. Thomas rocks !!! Francis.

Recent storms took out several electronic items, including a cable modem, wireless router, inkjet printer, HDTV and a server-class Dell computer. So I went on eBay to find a replacement and found a GREAT price right in my own neighborhood! Used PC Outlet had just what I wanted (and even more) at a super low price, so I bought it. My contact there is Joseph Thomas, who was very pleasant and sounded like he was really serious about helping people with their technology. I got a dual Xeon, 2.4Ghz with 24GB RAM, 1 TB HD and workstation quality video for UNDER $300. Amazing! You cant get a deal like that at Best Buy. Please give Mr. Thomas a call and see what wonderful stuff he can do for you. And tell him Mark sent you.

I cant tell you what a jewel the Used PC Outlet is. My computer completely crashed from the Trojan virus and I lost all of my work files. Panic. However, Thomas put my computer in the "ER" and somehow managed to recover EVERYTHING in 24-hours and clean the virus off of my hard drive. I have never seen such hard working, helpful and HONEST people in the tech repair business than at Used PC Outlet. What a gift to have them in the neighborhood! You saved me from a serious nervous breakdown. I would recommend them for repairs and purchases of computers and just about anything related to networking and computer systems! Ive had many experiences with other computer dealers, repair shops and " "Super Stores". By far, this shop has the best customer experience, the most reliable and superior repair services, and the best customer service Ive ever seen or heard about. Anyone who goes to any other shop with computer issues or needs to purchase a "commercial" (or usual unreliable retail )laptop, desktop or monitor is being fooled by other advertising. This can turn out to be a very "expensive" scam for the user. Thomas has the expertise, honesty, and friendly nature of any "Geek" Ive met. He is very knowledgeable about all types and models of computer or peripheral related hardware.

My wife has been complaining about how slow her Dell desktop has become. Ok, the machine is several years old and I probably should have just bought a new one. Instead, I took it to the Used PC Outlet and they convinced me to save some cash and install a Solid State Hard Drive. If I didt like the results no charge, if I I bought a newer used machine. Well, the end result, the wife is happy, I am happy, and save a few hundred dollars in the process. Highly recommend them for their work and great conversation.
