Back in December, the hard drive in my main laptop ceased booting, and my wife took the laptop to Delta to see if they could recover the data from the drive. They said they would call us in a few days once they ran some tests to see what went on with the drive. Those days passed with no communication. I had to call and reach out to get any communication. When we finally reconnected, the gentleman there told me I was a victim of a drive encryption attack (i.e. hackers had encrypted my drive, demanding money in exchange for the keys) and that my only option was to wipe my drive. I went in and picked up my laptop, unsatisfied with their answer. They ended up giving me a $30 refund on the cost of their diagnostic testing because of their lack of communication. I ended up taking the drive to a data recovery place, and they confirmed what I originally thought had happened, the boot sector had been corrupted. It took a few days and a bit of cash, but they recovered all of our data. The encryption that had supposedly occurred? All in the heads of the incompetent techs at Delta. When it was just a parts place, it was worthy of recommendation. But as a tech support place, youd do best to stay far away and find a reputable shop.

Computer Repair In Atlanta GA I have lived in Atlanta, Ga since the nineties. In that time I have used several computer repair stores in the city. Theres only one that stands head and shoulders above the rest. Delta Computers Atlanta . Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars with these fine folks. I must confess I have received more than my moneys worth. Whether I’ve needed computer built from scratch with the speed and power unmatched by any in the marketplace or just a simple laptop refurbished to brand new like specifications. Delta Computers is always there for me when virus’ corrupt, power supplies fade out, monitors go bad, or just plain good troubleshooting over the phone. My gratitude show no bounds. So if you ever need anything dealing with computer repair technology in any form it would be a mistake not to contact Delta Computer. They are simply the best. Thanks Zafar!!

Zafar is the man....This is the only place I buy my network servers from because he personally builds them. I have had no problems with the equipment. I want something that I can install and I know that it will work the first time. I get personal care from them. The are number one in my book..

I have been working with Delta Computers since the 1990s and have always been amazed at a) what they can provide for such an excellent price, and b) the level of service and how they stand behind what they sell. Reasonable problems will inevitably arise (rarely), and when it does Delta makes it right. Now they supply all the PCs and Monitors for our company. Give them a try - you wont regret it!

Have been a customer of Delta Computer since 1999. They have successfully repaired, rebuilt and actually built computers for me for far less money than Best Buy! My new computer, picked up 8-15-16, is fast and has only what I need on it and not all the unnecessary garbage and cost several hundred dollars less than I was quoted at Best Buy! I hope they are in business forever!!

Zafer and Jalal are the back bone of a great bunch of folks at Delta. They are very knowledgeable about the industry and will not fill your machine up with a bunch of bogus programs. Look around, you never know what they will have in stock. They stand behind what they sell, if it doesnt work out let them know. Need service, their team can fix your PC.
