Dropped of an HTC10 for what should have been a simple screen replacement. Somehow the phone was damaged internally during the repair. It doesnt appear as though the parts are available to them but they are looking into it. They indicated they would give me a refurbished phone if they can not repair. This was nearly a brand new phone that was just 4 months old. Obviously I am very displeased but I will update in the next few days as to the progress. If all comes out ok I may upgrade the stars on the review. I have insurance on the phone through Sprint but they would have to send it off, wipe the phone clean for security purposes and have it for 10 days. If all had gone well at CPR I would of had it back in 2 hours. Possible lesson learned. Again, update to come...UPDATE... they did replace my phone albeit with a refurb. I have had the phone for a couple of months and so far its fine. I updated from 1 to 3 stars but I doubt I would ever go back.

Even though they fixed the problem, they didnt do it without causing all sorts of problems. What should have taken an hour took two days. I had the charging port replaced on my phone, and when I came to pick it up, the screen did not work. They then proceeded to tell me that the screen probably needed replaced too, even though there was nothing wrong with the screen when I brought it in. I had to drive a half an hour both ways, four times just for them to try and charge me more money. They also messed up my screen protector and put giant bubbles in it, after it has been perfectly fine on my screen for over a year. They fixed the charging port, but it wasnt worth the things I had to deal with in the long run.

They did fix the initial problem on my tablet but created more....chips and Marr marks around the edge where it was pryed open and a loose home button which they tried fixing free of charge but it is still loose and they said the pry marks on side was like that when brought to them...They lie, This was a brand new tablet. Well after 6 trips x 10+ miles each way so that would be over 100 miles it is fixed....It was done quickly and my stepson is happy...I think I had a different person behind the counter each time so the communication and the accusations caused most of the problem....Thanks for fixing but I wont be back!

I attempted to install my own replacement screen but messed up something on the board so that neither the new or old screen worked anymore. Came in with my own parts and pre disassembled. They fixed it right up in a few hours and was able to pick it up the next day. They only charged me $70 for labor and a home button replacement, which is on the high end, but the service was worth it. They also disclaimed that they would not charge me if they couldnt repair (other than water damage). Super friendly on the phone and in person. Highly recommend this place!

They had my tablet almost 2 weeks to replace a charging port. We called them after a week and a half and they said they were working on it. Finally, they called us a few days later and said they couldnt find the part and we just needed to come pick up the still broken tablet. I live about 45 minutes away from the store and I called and emailed before I dropped it off the first time and they told me they could fix it no problem. Now two trips to this store and still a broken tablet. Dont trust them when they tell you they can fix your electronics.

I dropped my new phone 3 feet on to concrete and it landed on the corner then shattered the entire screen, disabling the touch features. I called at 10:45 am with a broken touchscreen on my LG G2 VS980 and made an appointment for 12:30. They had my phone fixed by 2:30 for $116. I drove 40 minutes each way and am very happy with the outcome. Everything works like it did before. It was no pressure, no cash upfront and I got to test it out before I paid for their service. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would recommend to a friend. (:

I looked at various places to see what the best deal was to fix the screen on my phone, a few places told me it would take weeks for the part to come in, and they wanted payment up front or at least half up front. The staff at CPR were very friendly, they got the part in just a few days time and showed me that the phone was fixed before they asked for payment which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend CPR Wireless!

Had my iPad screen replaced a little over a year ago at CPR. Started to have the same problem a month ago so I took it to have them check it out. They replaced the screen under warranty at no charge, no questions asked. This was my third time dealing with and they have over delivered every time. Will not hesitate to go back and recommend them to others.

I am only giving 4 stars so this stays at the top. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Took my phone here 3 different times. Paid $230 for them to mess my phone up even more. They broke my button, my speaker and my screen was hanging off! They Did not want to do anything to make it right. The manager even hung up on me! Terrible place.

Nate and Roman are awesome! Contacted them Wednesday to get parts ordered to repair my cracked Galaxy S7. Parts were in on Friday and we scheduled my appointment for repair that Saturday. They fixed my phone in about an hour while I ran some errands with my son. Cant believe how smooth this went. 5 stars! I highly recommend!

These guys rock! We were passing through the area and my wife dropped something on her Galaxy S3 and broke the screen. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, and they fixed the phone to like new condition within 2 hours! It wasnt cheap, but it was a lot less expensive than buying a new phone. I highly recommend CPR.

Great service, went in with boot loop problem on LG having been told by them up front it might not work or could last a few days or longer. Gave it a try anyway, did work for a few hours, then back to same. Might be worth a try for the price of $40 for someone to get their phone back for a few hours to get some info back.

Fixed my iPhone 6 busted screenface quickly, on short notice (no appointment) and really saved me from a weekend full of frustration with a non-functioning smartphone. They are pricey, but professional, fast, and do quality work....so Im ok with paying for that kind of service!

I was sold on the line that they have a lifetime warranty on their work since it cost so much to fix my sons ipad, yet when I brought it back to have it fixed we were told they dont cover it? Wow unbelievable. If I wouldve known that I wouldve just bought my son a new one.
