Only giving 2 stars for the well intention of the owner. Very nice and genuine...that being said; my service was a nightmare. Had a basic screen repair..two days later my phone cracked while sitting in my purse at work (Im sure it wasnt installed properly) called and asked for a repair, was initially told this was not possible, after a bad online review I was suddenly told to bring my phone in. My screen was replaced for a 2nd time...after the repair my iPhone home button did not work....called in and brought it a 3rd time....they repaired it but said "it must have happened whenever it got broken"...not being able to admit fault rubbed salt in the wound. And on top of it all....my screen still is not in 100% correctly. I can see a gap between the casing and the screen. Unsure of their purchase and selling of used items; but I definitely would not recommend repairs from this location...spend the extra gas to drive to a certified Apple Store

Been in Experimac now a couple of times and had great service. I actually didnt know what all they do. Staff was knowledgeable and going a step further and not just wanting a sale. They took their time and explained what a repair vs buying a new phone cost. Plus a guarantee on items. Great location and very reasonable on prices. Id definitely be back along with the 3 iPhones on my plan! A Thank you to the new owners and great staff for great experience.

the owners seem really nice, employees are okay, had a couple minor problems with services, but really we got off on the wrong foot because it ended up being pretty costly. But I realized from another employee tonight that I would rather see a business succeed and improve with time. Im gonna give it another shot and hope that they will too. Also, you werent looking for the right person, not the other guys fault, it was my fault.

Reading the reviews and cant help but laugh. Phones dont just crack while just sitting in a purse, so you cant blame that on "not being installed properly". Ive come to Experimac multiple times and have been blown away by their repairs, advice and customer service. Ill definitely be going back!!

20$ Sold my computer. 2007 g5 power pc Asked put it on a gift card. Said they cant. Put it towards a used Mac mouse. If I owned a place like that I would be the only place that sells the longest rechargeable wire. Along with those other small accessories. 20$

I work at Austin Landing and unfortunately dropped my phone and shattered my iphone screen! I took it to Experimac and they had replaced my screen in just an hour! It was back to new again! Thank you experimac for saving the day!
