Honestly, Pyramid deserves a rating of 2 out of ten. The 2 being for they have a website. The service was terrible, not helpful. The lady I spoke with was very arrogant towards me, as if I knew nothing about computers. Personally out of the 100s of computer stores I have visited, Pyramid was the worst ever. High priced desktops for 500-600 dollars worth $150 -$ 200 tops, . Furthermore I would rate Ace Computer Techs. as a 7. A younger man, who has a small business out of his home. Very reasonable prices, and I also hope his company expands.

I have been a customer of pyramid computers for years, and I would not ever think to take any of my computers anywhere elese. The employees are always welcoming, kind, and very informative and I have always gotten a smile entering, and leaving. The work they do is excellent, and ganranteed. They are fair with the prices, and products they provide. As long as I have a computer, and as long as they are here I will always use their services, because lord knows that I can mess up a computer just as soon as I can log on one.

Great service, considerate, friendly...I had a laptop screen replaced there (considerably less expensive than well-marketed big box store), as well as other repairs and purchase of refurbished equipment. I have referred several people and hope to business with them again. No hassle, no time wasting, but nice people.

She actually found the cord that would charge my laptop even though my laptop sucks completely at life and is ancient. Ill probably go back there to buy a new one really friendly and stayed a few minutes past closing because she was awesome.

I give 5 stars because my computer sat for over a year because I didnt want to just take it anywhere. My DC port wasnt working, so I took it there to get fixed in no time and now Im up and running again.

This place is awesome. Got my laptop with a crashed operating system to then in the morning get it back working before the end of the day. Pretty awesome customer service too. I would recommend the 100%

Friendly and kind customer service. Ive bought a computer from them in 08 and I still have it. The only thing I needed to upgrade was the ram. They also jab very good pricing as well.
