Its amazing that this store could still be open with the service they provide. Aside from being nearly rude when you first walk in the door they provide zero service. I was told after 4 days that I NEEDED TO CALL BACK to check on my computer. When I dropped off my laptop I was told a day or two, four days later I was treated like a criminal when I asked what was required to fix it. All I was told was that there was a mother board issue and it was severe but nothing more. I bought this laptop from Ginstar 3 months ago and now I am getting no customer service and a $120 bill for issues not even described. They dont even do most of the work in their store! I told them I wanted to pick up my computer today and I was told they have to "get it back" from somone else... With the deals that can be had on new computers there is no need to take a risk on used computers especially if you read this review before you have made the mistake many of us have made. Stay away!

GREAT PRICES FOR PROFESSIONALS!!! If you are a professional PC repair tech, or at least you already know how to build a PC, then you already know this is a great place to get parts! Probably the lowest prices in North Georgia. It is a very busy place because of this, so know what you want before you get up to the sales counter! David is helpful, but because of the volume of business, he doesnt have time to chit-chat and teach you how to build a computer or reload your software, because other customers are patiently waiting their turn to save bunches of money on good, brand-new computer parts. They NEVER try to sell used or refurbished parts as new!!! Now, he has some used stuff, if thats what youre looking for, but in over ten years, Ive NEVER once had a problem with service. Shop at Ginstar with confidence! And save enough to take your significant other out to eat tonight!

Terrible store! Terrible service! I was given faulty RAM and when i tried returning it I was charged a 25% restocking fee, just for him to throw it away. Any return has a 25% restocking fee after only 3 days!!!! I returned the RAM 2 days late. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The owner will insult you every chance he gets. 99% of the stuff you buy there is refurbished junk that they pull from old computers and they dont even have the decency to check if it works or not before selling it you you. I wish I would have listened to the guy that reviewed before me.

Stay Away Do not go to the one in Marietta, they guy there is an idiot and is rude. The place is like a junk yard and dirty with old dirty computers. You would be better off going to Microcenter for a refurb or open box, because they have more up to day computers for about the same price or cheaper.

I have been dealing with Ginstar/David for more then 8 years. The prices are GREAT and they back their products and service a 100%. I will admit, that you should know what you are looking for as Ginstar is the Fast Food service of the computer geeks... fast in and fast out :)

I had a horrible experience. They swapped my graphics display. And then they wanted to charge me $50 to put it back. This is a dishonest shop. You have been warned.
