Excellent customer service! Robert was the one who assisted me. He was professional and helpful. My computer crashed completely could not even restore(black screen). This place does everything from running diagnostic test to replacing parts. My problem was with my hardware. It was replaced and my computer was ready the next day. This place is a hospital for computers. Their prices are reasonable too and staff are very knowledgeable.

Not so friendly service. I dont feel I got my moneys worth from the $49.99 "diagnostic service" to only tell me what I already knew. Not price competitive with other computer service providers in the area. I will recommend checking for other computer repair service providers who do not charge fee to give you repair estimate.

My laptop was declared dead by geeksquad, but not by the knowledgable HL computer staff. They promised a day, but they got it fixed within practically an hour. I highly recommend these guys. Fast. Affordable.
